I know but it is hard! Well I've been on track today but had a piece of carrot cake as a treat no idea of syns probably my whole days worth! But it's my treat and I'm back on track. Got a sore throat I'm hoping its not going to come of anything! Well a bit of excitement peter Andre Is filming on my ward tomo for this morning, my friend is the nurse looking after the patient he will be talking to I'm hoping to get In the background ha ha!

So busy!! It's hard being a tv star ha ha well I met Peter and was in the background on this morning ;)


Ee day- lots of fluid needed! Not much eaten!

B- banana

S- mango,pineapple ,strawberries

L- mushy pea curry left over with added chicken

S- alpen light bar 1/2 hxb

D- 2 x babybell light hxa some crab sticks

Ee changed it from red as didn't eat my oats! And easier when out

Well I have a sore throat and slept in until 12!! Not like me at all

B- overnight oats with toffee muller and banana but only ate the banana and a few mouthfuls! Had half a grapefruit to

L-butternut squash soup homemade! With wholemeal bread hxb2 but had another slice to so 6 syns although feel cheated as hardly are any oats but ill say 6 to stop me having more oh And some butter 2syns. And 30g cheese hxa1

S- tescos salt and vinegars crisps 5! I am in a real comfort food mood I hate waking up late! So no more syns for me !

D- well I'm out to the harvester! Half spot roast chicken skin removed! (Very difficult not to eat) with lots of salad and some rice 0.5 for piri piri

Morning, didn't sleep until gone 5 this am :( I'm out tonight for a works do so will be drinking gin and slimline tonic, so I want to save most of my syns fit that and I am going to make sure I have munchies in for tomo so I can make Big Mac in a bowl or burgers, I will have a low syn hangover day for the first time!

Well lots of gin drunk last night.... Woke up to a very sunny day which is nice although bumpers in to the boyfriend and he was awfully drunk so had to babysit him for the rest of the night! I am not amused about that!
 
Was so annoyed he ruined my night as I couldn't relax he had me looking for an imaginary coat for half hour! And couldn't stand up split a pint over me oh the list is endless! Great night not!!!

Anyone had a great hangover breaky!

My hubby is out tonight and I cant wait!! I havent had a saturday night in on my own for ages!
 
We went out last night & Bob came back & went to the bathroom to be sick, he then fell asleep in there, I could hear him snoring, then came to bed to snore!!!!!!
LMAO.. I love that you "heard him snoring" but went to bed n left him... LOVE IT..

My hubby is out tonight and I cant wait!! I havent had a saturday night in on my own for ages!
I have the house to myself ALL WEEKEND.. He went yesterday, back Monday.. So have my niece over babysitting me :D

i was hungover yest & non stopped picked at food all day but i didnt care coz thought 'well im hungover so i need it' then when i stepped on scales this morn i nearly had a heart attack!!! im hoping thats wrong & just a temp gain coz the thought of a full weeks hard work out the window for just 1 day is gutting!! been out for a meal tonight aswell so not had the best 2 days but will try be extra good next week to make up for it! x

Hey hun, alot of it is prob water retention which is quite common after alcohol / eating alot (esp carbs) in one go. Hopefully it'll be gone by WI. If not try not to be too disheartened as should go in a couple of days which is likely to give a better loss next week.
