Yea maybe give her a copy of your food diary (if you keep one) with syns or HE's written in so she gets a better idea..
Its so much easier when you have someone following the plan with you... When I initially started WW it was me n my mate and we were flying... She's lost over 10stone and is still going... I've lost 2.. swapped to SW, lost a further half and now am gaining it all back... But all for a good cause :)

I dont keep one, i think the layout is really poor and very dated! I have given her a link to my diary on here though

B- alpen light 3 syns, banana

L- pitta pizza hxb and a with sweetcorn, pineapple and ham. Big bowl of pineapple and melon


D- sushi, free sashimi and edamame had some tuna maki and salmon maki 7.5, salmon roe nigiri 6, pumpkin croquette 3, chicken teriyaki 2

Syns-21.5/15 will have less tomo

L- a grill up are quorn sausages free? 1 syn for brown sauce hxb bread and sf is melon and pineapple

D-chicken salad

Had some sweeties at the cinema but literally only a large handful

I had hxb toast two poached eggs and fat off bacon for brunch 1 syn for brown sauce pineapple for sf

D- had quorn chilli with kidney beans and rice hxa cheese with a few Doritos 3syns will have some grapes as sf

S- had nic naks oh so hungry hate totm and nothing at bfs house! 7.5sys

Syns 11.5/15

Ahhhhh I want chocolate just had a bit if a naught moment but I've syned it Kitkat crunchy 11.5 crisps 5 so that's actually 29!! Oh man well at least I've counted it, it's all done line drank so if I only use a couple of syns for the next two days it should equal out!

Morning all

Start nights tonight so need to get organised today, I am going make a scan bran cake to, so I don't feel left out if there is cake going round!
Hmm what shall I make for the week? I might make a batch of tuna pasta

Extra easy

B- half grapefruit, two plums green tea and a slice of sb cake (2)

L- making some pitta pizzas hxa and b with sf grapes 1syn for BBQ sauce, chai latte just tiny bit of 1% milk

D- mushy pea curry with rice. With wedges lots of stodge there is sf in the sauce but will have a banana in a mo to add

Ill take fruit and scan bran cake for snacks tonight, and drink lots of water and green or chai tea

Syns5/15 musnt have any more to make up for yesterday !

Look at my scan bran cake chuffed with it two syns a slice (cut into 5)

I used

5 scan bran (HexB) softened with water
A shape raspberry yoghurt
2 eggs
A tsp of almond extract
3 tbsps sweetener

For the topping 28g Philly light (2) mixed with options hot choc (2)

All mixed and nuked for about 7-8 minutes in a 700W microwave.

A scrummy cake all for one HexB or 5 syns
If you add the topping 2 syns a slice

Sweet fruit.. You home? Grilled grapefruit.. If not, mandarin/orange something that takes a while to eat.. If not a hot chocolate and a banana to fill ya

Thanks hunny yeh I'm home I'm on nights tonight, going to have a big stodgy dinner and take fruit and some scan bran cake for the night plus herbal teas
 
Morning all, well I stuck to plan on my first night yay! Lets hope I do all week! Made another scan bran cake this am it's toffee white choc and butterscotch 1.5 syn a slice

B- 2 slices scan bran cake (yesterday's) 2 syns so shattered no sf but will stock up later

L- jacket potato cheese and beans hxa, onion, not much super free today first night always hardest!!

Had a bowl of rice with a 2tbsp of curry sauce on before work because I am a pig! I hope this doesn't make me gain this week I just can't stop eating

D- pitta pizzas hxb and 5 syns for cheese, banana

S- grapes

Morning all feel so bloated and puffy although I have stuck to plan just feel like I've eaten loads! I hope I don't gain Friday go away star week!!

B- 3 syns two slices scan bran cake! Rubbish at sf will have a banana when I get up I'm shattered night night

Woke up at half 5! Actually slept yay, was a crazy shift so obviously needed it. Woke up and had a few mouthfuls of tuna past and cottage cheese I made before flying out the door so ill have some later on my break with hxa cheese I've got two alpen lights hxb two kiwis and an orange for tonight.
