Lol thank you ladies. Parents really enjoyed it and so did i. They are both on sw too and have lost 6 stone each and are at target at the minute. Both look fab!! X

Lol. They have never even been to a class either. They just done it on their own with me telling them how to do it. They lost it in 13 months too. They are an inspiration. Wish i could do as well as them lol. So weird as they do exact same as me and i always tell them what they can and can't eat and they lost far more than me! Id say practice what u preach but i do lol xx
