What is your tea? It sounds interesting!

I can't beat to bite my nails. It really makes me feel horrible, like a cringe almost. I'll quite happily bite all the skin around my nails though. I'm a bugger for that!

Can't beat freshly painted pretty nails :) I'm never without varnish on! xxx
 
I pick at the skin terribly too. Nasty habit.
My tea is like a beef stew thing but with White wine. Think it's a French version. Got the recipe from my slow cooker cook book and adapted it to sf- It was delicious! I'll post recipe for this and the chicken over the weekend!

Had a bottle of beer at the cinema and had a bit of jam on my crumpets so including the point in the beef tea I've had 5 weeklies today. I have 17pp left. Hope it will get me thru the weekend! X
 
That stew sounds lovely :) you always have nice recipes!

I could really do with a cold beer! Mmmmm!

PP day- gonna attempt 26, 17weeklies

B- shredded wheat, milk, fruit. - 5pp

L- ham and salad bagel, fruit- 6pp

T- ww chilli and wedges ready meal- 6pp

Rest of points to be used on alcohol tonight.

Thanks sparkle. I've struggled today and have had a hot choc to Kerb choc cravings.
Night out cancelled as my boyf found out he was on call for work this weekend, but TBH was shattered anyhow and want to feel slimmer before I get glitzed up.
Gonna try not to go over 26 rest of weekend and get some pampering stuff and have an indulgent weekend! X
 
I have a confession to make- I raided the cooking chocolate again last night! This time I threw anything tempting in the bin, I don't intend to cook for a while anyhow- funny there are boxes of pringles left over from Xmas and loads of crisps but have zero interest in them!
Anyhow I have pointed up and I'm 2 points over weeklies. This means I've had to dip into my activity points. I'm back on sf today, gonna play on the kinect ( did mel b workout for 45 mins yesterday and feel stiff!) today and gym tomorrow and treat myself to a bath and magazines!
Hopefully I can be good the next 48 hours til WI!

Day 6 sf -2 weeklies

B- ww bagel, bacon medallions, lettuce, tomato

L- tomato and onion omelette

T- Quorn chilli and brown rice, baked apple and raspberries and total 0%

S- fruit

45 mins mel b workout

Fingers crossed I can salvage some of the damage! X
 
Oooo I'd be all over those crisps and Pringles! Well done for chucking it all out :)
 
It's a good thing I don't care for crisps etc!
My day has changed drastically as been out, not had lunch so it looks like this;

B- porridge, skimmed milk and fruit

L- none but just had 2 crumpets with lcowexl

T- roasted veg in ww pittas and natural yogurt
Baked apple and total 0%

Just got myself fitness evolved for the kinect so gonna give that awhirl now!

Hello all,
Quite pleased with yesterday, I did well. Hoping today can do just as well.

Day 7- sf

B- bacon buttie made with ww bread and bacon medallions

L- tuna pasta salad

T- shepherd's pie made with ex lean mince topped with mixture of bns and potato mash.

Snacks- fruit.

Not sure about exercise as feel very stiff today but will see how feel later.

It really helps doesn't it!? I find it easier tracking if I'm not organised but when planning simply filling is easy. Do you plan out your week in one go?
 
Yeah I sit at the weekend and do about 5-6 days worth and then I write the shopping list and do the shop. Its a bit OCD but otherwise I'd go way off track and spend a fortune doing little shops through the week! X
 
Porridge is fine for lunch, was it nice? Ur day sounded good today, sounds like ur back on track!
 
I'd eat porridge all day everyday if I could!
