I hate it when u feel like u just want to munch! Can u not spare 5pp and just have 1!
 
I might have given in and gone to get some but I am not leaving the house today. The weather is wild! We have really bad wind and the sleet has turned to snow! Best off indoors! X
 
Phew! For once the weather is a blessing!! I've got a real craving for Cadburys mini eggs :-/ trying to stay focused though x

I live in Newcastle. The weather is horrid but thankfully hasn't laid. I've eaten all day through boredom! Must get out of the house tomorrow! X

Yeah but I have about 10 weeklies left to gets through til Monday! I'm meeting girls from work for some afternoon food and drink today and then out for the day tomorrow! I think this calls for a new plan of action!

Ok this is what I am thinking...
I've been very silly and used points on eating stuff just for the sake of eating and not on anything yummy! My meeting isn't on Monday so 12 days til next WI.
I am starting totally a fresh week this week with all my weeklies in place. Then I will have a 5 day week with only 35 weeklies. That brings me back to WI. I think it's the only thing I can do to keep me even slightly on track. Oh and I might, for this week only, not count alcohol points. I never used to count alcohol on discover and I really want to enjoy the yummy cocktails tomorrow!
If I do this I might just have a fighting chance of a STS next WI.
But I know I have to stick to it. I need to engage my willpower. It's in there somewhere! X

Hmmm so, so! Currently on 33pp and not had tea yet! I was meant to meet the girls I work with for drinks and nibbles at 3 but got there and no one was there. When I called the girl who had organised it, she told me it had been cancelled. I was pissed off and ended up eating when I got home! Still my tea will only be 4pp so will only be 8pp used off my weeklies! Must stop the emotional eating. Boredom, anger, sadness, happiness- I eat with all of them! Xx

I'm glad it's sorted! Just thinking, have u ever thought about changing ur weeklies to 90 as a maintaining wk if u mess up early in the wk? Thought it might take a bit of pressure off!

You sound like you have a good plan in place Becks. Just take each day at a time. That's all I've been trying to do. You can do it! I can't believe your mates.... I'd be so hacked off!! I'm glad you have it sorted though xxx

That is a good idea Sarah. I'd be scared I'd gain on 90 though it seems so many! Deffo worth a thought for when there are events on. I was thinking about this today, I think cos on so near goal it's harder for me to lose but dead easy to gain. I therefore work hard for a couple of weeks and lose a couple of lb then there is an event or weekend away and I lose focus and gain it back! Having 90 weeklies for these events could be the answer! And I would know I could have some element of control and not lose the plot entirely!

Yep, totally agree with that. It's like this weekend, I have loads planned where by lots of food and alcohol will be consumed. I'm not going to go crazy but I know that I'll gain next week. It's almost like I'm in maintenance now! I don't think you'd gain with 90pp.... Perhaps drop it by 10 or something if you're worried? It's a great idea though. Clearly what I've been having these last 5 weeks! Haha! xxx
 
There is no reason y u should gain on maintenance, it's called maintenance for a reason, that other lady that used to do sf maintenance plan was still loosing on 90 weeklies!
 
Well I reckon i'll have to have a maintenance week then. Yesterday I ate and drank quite a lot. However, I was kinda good on the night. I was toying with the idea of getting a curry but decided not to. My boyf got Chinese. I ordered some chicken satay skewers. When they came they were like 4 skewers with 2 bits of chicken on, a piece of pepper onion and pineapple. They satay sauce was on the side. Not what I was expecting but I'm guessing less than 4pp. I had a small amount of his chow mien but think how many points if I'd had a curry! I did eat nearly a whole pack of them Creme egg splats though...

Amazing how quick food points add up, especially with drink involved- if I don't count drink I've got 29pp left.
Shall try to be good today even though it is bank holiday. I'm not planning on doing too much exciting! Happy Easter everyone! X
 
I think your lunch sounds fair - maybe a little over pointed. But that's better than under. It is amazing how points add up isn't it? I hope you have a good weekend :) xxx
