I have done WW successfully before as well and oddly for me I have found that any diet I have done once somehow doesn't work the second time round!!! I think it's because I think I know it well I know all the cheating tricks and don't commit as much as I would with a new one! Dukan though you know as soon as you stick back to it, it works!!
Go for it and if you decide to cone back I will still be here! ;)
 
There is something wrong with my head! :( I know I have done very well with my loss but today I just feel low, I look at my stats and feel very depressed at the thought that I still have to lose 30+pounds! :( Now I know its being silly but I am just being honest and putting my thoughts down. I know the weight will come off eventually but I dont know why all of a sudden it just seems a daunting task. I dont feel the urge to cheat, in fact I have no appetite today!

Food for Saturday: Day 137 PP
Breakfast
cup of coffee

Lunch
fried liver
1 fried egg
2 weightwatchers sausages
oatbran toast

Dinner
Egg and bacon burger
lemon and lime mousse

Fluid intake
1l water
500ml diet coke
3 cups coffee
2 cup green tea

Exercise

2hrs walk

Breakfast
1 fried egg
2 weightwatchers sausages
3 bacon medallions
oatbran toast

None

Dinner
Roast chicken breast
coconut and vanilla yogurt

Fluid intake
1l water
500ml diet coke
3 cups coffee
2 cup green tea

Thank you all for the strengthening words. :) I have found the culprit! TOTM! Due next week so probably why I was so moody and tetchy! :D Feel sick and flooded! I started the Shred DVD as of Monday and boy am I aching?!
Better go and catch up on the diaries been away too long!
