Ok this week will need to be an effort as over the weekend it's gone a bit pete tong. I'm also going away next week to stay at the in-laws in london so that's gonna be a task staying on plan

Well I'm back from my break and had a brilliant time - unfortunately part of my brilliant time consisted of eating out everyday for lunch or dinner lol, decided not to weigh myself for a few weeks until I get back on track.
So back on the plan today and ready to get skinny ?

That sounds like a good way to spend ur syns I'm back at work tonight boooo, hate working 2pm-10pm however only a few more
