Woooo hooooo it's Friday and boy has it been a long week. Nothing exciting planned either other than a loooooooonnnnnnng walk with Alfie tomorrow morning whilst John is at work and then in the afternoon I will be pacing John tiles to put on the roof... it's so rock and roll!

Day 2...

B: Choccy shake with choccy milk and water + herbal tea

S: Banana + herbal tea

L: Choccy shake with choccy milk and water + herbal tea

S: Left over home made bacon quiche

D: Steamed cod with a splash of parsley sauce, carrots, green beans and broccoli

Hoping for a good 4 miles with my little stinks today as only did 3 miles yesterday

Well I've decided I am going to be 100% for 6 weeks and have my shakes for breakfast and lunch. I really enjoy them and they are filling so I am secretly hoping to get in the low 10's for my holiday. If I can get a good chunk off this week then it might just be possible

Yeah its the hairy dieters book... My MIL bought me it and I havent made anything from it yet however John's friend at work has made a few things from it and is always raving on about it so John tells me!! Curry it is for tomorrow! If the chicken has defrosted I will make it later today, they always taste so much better the next day dont they!! x
 
Ha made me think of my mum then! I wud walk in from school/work and be like wow that curry smells gawjus! And it wouldn't be for dinner until the day after!! 'Always taste better the nxtt day' aarrrggghhh smells bloody gawjus now though lol

Well I am having a mare of a day! I have just rung the management company to swap the week that I own for my apartment from week 30 to week 12 and they dont have any available! It's absolute rubbish as people just dont bother to let them know that they are not using them so they sit there empty. My MIL has said that I can stay with them for the first week and use their week for my second week which would be the same apartment so it wouldnt be too bad I guess. I just like my own space!

On the plus side, at least I will have live in company for the first week and I can enjoy my own company for the second week.... Normally I would have had my head buried in the biscuit tin by now but now that other people gonna see me in bikini and looking fat in my shorts there's no way I can console myself that way!

Fingers crossed someone might cancel there week closer to the time x
 
Yeah that's v true. My MIL eats like a mouse anyway so iI could probably get away with a shake or breakie and then have a nice tuna and egg salad for lunch x
 
will you be with them 24/7 coz you might be surprised how much you might get away with it if you know what I mean x
 
I will be with them on a morning as we will have breakfast together. They normally have fresh bread... I will just say I'm not much of a breakfast person anymore so that will be ok. It they say anything about my shake I will just explain my shake has more vitamins and minerals than bread, which is so true

I'll have to play lunches by ear. For the first week I will probably go to the beach to sunbathe and I wouldn't be able to keep my milk cold x
 
Last time i went on holiday I put on 11lbs! :O There's no way I can do that this holiday as there will not be any leeway in my clothes this time!!!! x
 
Keep to the low carb meals, They seem to suit you x also how much easier is it having salad abroad!! And so much nicer xxxx I think having company one week, then a week alone is ideal xxx
 
At least I have company for the first and then a week on my own rather than the other way round

I have discovered 0 carb pasta, spaghetti and rice in Holland and Barrett! Going to get some when I go into town... If its nice I will be packing some in my suitcase!! x
 
Morning all! Day 3, 39 days to go!!

I am going to do a 10 day HL bellybuster programme before my holidays. You lose inches and lbs!! Not sure exactly when I am going to start but I'm thinking maybe the 7th March.

Just having my shake and then heading out for a long walk with Alfie. Didn't make my curry yesterday as I didn't have any green chillies. The red ones I had looked like me when I get out of the bath! x
 
Then again I might start it on the 28th feb as then i will have a good idea what my shorts are gonna look in march then!! I don't want to be panic buying the week before my holibobs! x
