HOW IT WORKS.......
Replace any two meals a day with your favourite Formula 1 shake Take Formula 2 Multivitamin Complex, 1 tablet 3 times a day Take Fibrebond and Florafibre, 3 tablets of each, 3 times a day with half a litre of water each time Eat a normal main meal, whatever you would normally eat but ensure you take tablets BEFORE your main meal

Drink plenty of water between meals as you will feel thirsty. Fed up with water try the Thermojetic beverages as they count as part of your daily water allowance, or the Aloe Vera drink - both products are mentioned in earlier posts !

I sort of switch between Herbalife and weight watchers. I go on holiday in 5 weeks and i want to shift as much as I can so going to try and stick the HL as much as poss... It's tricky when I work away a lot so those days I try and do ww x
 
6 miles walked :D I would have liked to go further but I have to help John with the roof and pass the tiles up... At least that's exercise too :D

B: choccy shake with choccy milk and 2 x herbal tea

Snacks will be a banana and some roast beef and a small salad

D: chicken curry I'd I ever make it to the supermarket!
 
Well after my 6 mile hike with Alfie I lifted for knows how many huge tiles onto the scaffolding and passed some of them on to the roof. I have also spent a good 45 mins kicking 3 balls up and down the garden for the dog... I am officially pooped and my bum aches!!!

Just made the curry from the hairy dieters book. This it will be better tomorrow but i think my balti will be far nicer than this one

Going to try and resist wine tonight :-( x

Becky...I have a mns bakery 2 mins away from where I live now so went to get the scones....none left was gutted x
 
Day 4!

Slight tweak this morning and it is slight... Had 2 x bacon medallions , 1 egg mushrooms and roasted tomatoes for breakfast. I figured that I have effectively had two snacks together...

I still have my two choccy shakes to look forward to now :D

I figured my tweak was better than feel fed up an grumpy and J wanted a bacon sandwich and I didn't want to feel left out x
 
Oh I am slack, I've just realised I have 6 wi's before I go away! Bonus!! if I can get back in the 10's this week and the lose 2lb a week I could get to 10st 4lb for my holiday!!!! x
