Ok all is not lost, I am sure if you point your shakes and meals you are within points. Use last night as your weekly 49!! You still have a fair few weeks to go before hols, so the shorts are doable.. Xxx you also have the herbalife fat busting thing you talked about xx

U CAN get to the 10's love! I no that feeling all too well trying on clothes that are too tight and then I wanna go have some naughty food huh?! Dnt make sense does it!
But I agree use them as ur 49 and I bet its not as bad as what u think!

I guess if I add up all the calories it doesn't amount to a huge amount even though it was naughty but not the equivalent I would need to on 1lb in weight

Guess I won't get in the 10's like I'd hoped x

You can definitely get into the 10s! Take them out the 49 and concentrate on today. x
 
Lol nagging now drink loads of water today, help your body hydrate, not only is it good for you but can increase metabolism when drinking, drink before food can help with appetite reduction, water helps keep muscle tone, flushes out all the toxins weight loss can make. Add sugar free squash if needed, or try fruit flavoured teas xx honestly your body will love you for it xxx
I have had elderly patients come into A&E very ill, confused, pulse racing, feeling rubbish, just getting them drinking, squash, water, tea, anything and you see them improve so so much, dehydration is a nasty thing, can do awful things to your body xx and they say if you are thirsty you are dehydrated already x

I know, I shouldn't have even have tried them on because it mad me feel fed up which then made me turn to food, stupid isnt it!

Last year when I was wearing size 8 and 10 clothes I didn't feel like I'd lost all that weight and I honestly thought that the clothes would fit me with the weight back on... how daft was I? Its crazy that i'd lost almost 3 stone but I just couldnt see it.

As everybody has very kindly pointed out, it wasnt that bad and I know that my whole intake yesterday wasnt anywhere near 3500 calories which is what you need to put on 1lb so I just need to write yesterday off and carry on today. If I was doing WW yesterdays extras wouldnt have been enough to make up my 49 weeklies

I have my happy face back on today... thanks everyone x

I am good girl where water is concerned as I have 4-6 pints with NS squash a day... Never away from the loo mind you! x
 
I would normally have been away tonight so John has invited his best friend and weird wife over... deep joy!

Also, this is the first pancake day John and I have spent together in the 6 years together as I have always been down south.... I will not have pancakes, I will not have pancakes...

My plan for today....

B: Choccy shake with choccy milk + herbal tea

S: Tomato and basil soup + herbal tea

L: Choccy shake with choccy milk + herbal tea

S: Tuna and onions

D: Home made chilli with salad
 
Oh yes!!! She was ok last time but It's gonna take a lot to undo the last 6 years of me disliking her I can tell ya!!! x
 
Well at least it's your territory!!!!! Alex has a female friend I can't stand, they don't see each much any more!!! But years ago when we first met she was really inappropriate!!! And still don't like her because of that, Alex typical oblivious to it all xx

That's true... There is still a chance that they wont come, I'm crossing my fingers anyway!!! x
 
I don't have to put up with 'happy' tonight yahooooooooo!

I have made a chilli dinner and been out with Alfie for a 4 mile walk which will total 26 miles this week x
 
Day 7! So that means... WI day tomorrow! I wanted to drop back into the 10's but I think I just need to be happy with getting as close as I can

I got out of going to Reading today however I have to write my APR... I'm not sure which is worse but at least not being away means I can defo stay on track. I have 3 days down south next week :sigh:

Food today will be...

B: Choccy shake with choccy milk + herbal tea

L: Choccy shake with original milk... really want choccy but ive just realised that Ive got a carton of original that needs using up. Herbal tea

S: Either a HL lemon bar or tuna with onions

D: Home made chilli with salad
