Well it seems that everybody is struggling, not just me :'(
I am heading back home this morning... I hope the m25 and m1 are kind to me...
Yesterday was a pants day food wise, which contained 3 or 4 bars of choccy and a similar amount of crisps. I have to start being good otherwise I am going to be right back at the start and my holiday is around the corner. I'm going to start writing my food down again to try and keep me on the straight an narrow
B: scrambled egg and beans - FREE
S: banana
L: not sure yet as it will depend what time I get back and pick up Alfie
D: Also not sure as I will just have to cook for me as John won't be back until late. I might get a nice piece of fish ok my home
We have a load of soil to move in the garden as we are having the bricks and cement etc delivered tomorrow. John is intending on moving it when he gets back late tonight but I'm going to give it a whirl! He reckons it will take him an hour so you can double that for me! It's all compact now after the rain so it won't be an easy task. If I manage to do it I'm not going to tell him, it will be a surprise ;-) who said love it dead!!! x

Lol that's lovely ur doing that for John! In the summer carl started painting the fence but was callled t help his mum and I finished it he was so pleased (the lil things mean the most dnt they)

I have moved it all but he knows about it as I had to ring him to find out whether it was supposed to be dug out in line with the decking or as low as the drive. He sounded grateful anyway. My back is killing me :-(
I haven't that bad today however I haven't been great. For lunch I had a jam sandwich made with thick warburtons bread :-( opps! Finished off a smallish about of kettle chips and had a 2 choccy bickies and johns mums.
Not sure what to have for dinner as I didn't call at asda liked if planned
I really need to get my head out of my @rse and get it in gear x

Yeh I do!! I have decided from the 27th I am going to be back on plan 100percent! I have said to carl I will jus have t get my willpower back at now pickin as I cnt carry on like this for ages otherwise all my hard work so far will b for nothing

Well done on your manual labour!!! I bet that shifted a few pounds xx I think everybody I know is finding it hard to stick to plan. I know if it was not for situations beyond my control, I would be eating a chocolate log for Christmas!!! God I love them. I am not going to worry to much, may even through caution to the wind and take a break for Xmas!!!

I have had a busy morning so far... We have had all the bricks, blocks, sand, cement etc delivered for the extension, carried a washing machine out of the house that we sold on ebay last night and now I am just waiting for the new washing machine to be delivered! Thankfully it has all happened in the right order which was more luck than judgement!
We are going to B&Q tonight confirm that we want to go ahead with the kitchen that they have designed for us. They are knocking £1,000 off of it for us and will get a lot of kitchen for our money and it's from there cook and lewis range so we have agreed that we are going to buy it.
I currently have a huge bright yellow cement mixer stuck in the middle of my kitchen along with a freezer that was in the shed however we had to bring it in as there's no electric up there at the moment and there wont be until the extension is built... Cooking in there is a challenge I can tell ya!

I'm being a grump... John is out tonight and I am staying, fine not a problem. Tomorrow we are going over to Manchester for a meal and drinks with friends and we were supposed to be staying over but we cancelled the hotel as we thought the builder would be here on Sunday am so we decided that one of us would drive. However the builder has been today and has built as high as he can before the inspector needs to come out again
I suggested staying over in Manchester after all but no, he doesn't want to so I'm pee'd off x

That's what I'm thinking! I'm not gonna mention it and hope that he has too much to drink tonight and doesn't feel like drinking tomorrow! He always drives so I should really drive
I just want to go out and have a good time. I know I've been out twice with work in the last 4 weeks but that's with work and not my proper friends. I just want to go out and have a good time and let my hair down.

OMG, I am excited!!! My friend has just asked me as my friend if we want to go for Ibiza for his partners 40th in July! I've always wanted to go just to say I've been and done it!
We are out with stu and Miguel tomorrow night so I've asked him to mention it in front of John tomorrow. It's so not his scene and he won't want to go and neither with with Lynda's boyf. Oooo I hope John doesn't mind!
Most exited and I will be a size 8-10 for Ibiza! x
