Im the only that eats them too... I was thinking about buying a box but not having my first one until either boxing day night (i'll be getting weighed the next say and my thinking is that it wont show on the scales that quickly lol) or/and having one on the 27th after i've been weighed!! x
 
i will b havin on christmas day :) our meeting is shut on the 27th and i cnt go to the only other one open on the saturday! so i wil b missin a week eeeekkkkkkkk!!

My group would have been closed too but now that I am going it alone I have no excuse do I?!! x

And I bought 2 boxes so will have to give them away or I will eat them!

Mum is even doing a ketosis friendly xmas day dinner for me bless her <3
 
lol nop :( if i hadnt of smashed my wonderful scales i wud b able too weigh myself! but i only have my really old stupid ones that tell me im about a stone heavier everytime i get on them!!!!

Right then, my food today which I am hoping will be SF...

B: Porridge with milk - FREE scan bran (1pp)

L: Tuna and egg salad - FREE, salad cream (2pp)

D:
Starter: either chicken wings or chicken tikka pieces althought this will be quite similar to my main but I know it will be practically free on SF
Main - Chicken tikka sizzler which is served which is served on a bed of onions and I am guessing that this will be a dry dish compared to tikka massala
Dessert: Yeah right, I am going to be in the 9's when I go on holiday right?!

If I get chance I am going to go to M&S to get some cherry scones so I could have one when I get home tonight so that I will have a treat to look forward to!!!

I will update my totals at the end of the day but I am hoping to either pull it in at either 26pp as my breakfast and lunch comes to 15pp which leaves me 11pp for chicken tikka tonight or I will take 10pp out of my weeklies on SF

Ladies I would strongly recommend staying away from the supermarkets for as long as possible!

There is so much temptation there it's untrue. I almost caved whilst I was in the white rose... I'm back at my desk eating my tuna salad and what I really want it a tuna and cheese panini arrrrggggghhhh! x
 
I did drink, chose a completely different menu choice and drank my body weight in wine - Fail!

Random thing is that I actually fancy a shake this morning... I think i must still be drunk!!!!!
 
Nothing wrong with fancing a shake! I wake up and really enjoy my first shake of the day :)

They are easy to prepare and taste yummy :)

I also love the fact there os hardly any washing up to do when im doing s&s ;)
 
I just think it's really random as normally I want stodge after a night out! Hey ho, long may it last!

I wonder if I can PP shakes?! Well actually I guess I could get a fair idea from the calorie content I suppose... x

Well I've just worked them out and... the shakes work out at 6pp and you have two a day, 2 snacks which are either protein bars or soup and they work out 3pp so all of that comes to 18pp plus you have a high protein low carb evening meal so I guess it works out at a similar amount of daily pp for me x
 
Well thars not too bad! Atleast you know if you fancy one you can have one :)
