Hello Girly. I have set myself the target of doubling my weightloss (21lbs) in 6 weeks (my birthday). Ria has agreed to shift try and shift her final 18lbs by then? Do u want to join the challenge. N really really try to do it 100%

I forgot how nasty gettin back into ketosis can be. Feelin so lethargic today. But must soldier on!!

Day 2 done. Feeling disgusted with myself ATM. My stomach is huge n just ain't shifting. Plus just hate feelin all the rolls of fat on me.

Yup I'm in! Ill weigh on 2nd aug. try to be 100% until then. Got music festival in Scotland tomorrow (camping) its normally a food/beer fest!

It will have to be a tetra/bar fest instead. God knows what the bars and tetras will be like. Warm/melted in a tent :-/

I'm back! I went to a dark place and iv been eating then starving myself. A really dangerous cycle. I kno it's bad but felt I had no control over my life.

Gonna try my best to do this. Don't wanna b fat anymore.

The last 3 days I have been focussing on drinking my 4 litres with great success. I plan to continue that.

Just need to empty my body of all the rubbish it has stored in it ATM.

So I hit my 4 litre target again. Still feel bit bad as I've just devoured countless breadsticks. The hubby grabbed it off me but I found them. I'm not hungry so was pointless me eating them.

So today has already been a challenge. We are taking jay to the cinema. Oh my goodness. Never realised it was so expensive. £18 for 2 adults and a child. Anyways.... Because cinema popcorn is a. Rip off we decided to go to b n m, the boys wanted snacks. I walked in there not hungry n walked out feeling starving. There was so much things tempting me. My belly was telling me feed me. I walked out with 2 bottles of water and a pack of ham in case I get peckish. The breaded ham was calling me. Lol. That's challenge one over.

Challenge 2. Not grabbing popcorn from the boys during the film.

Challenge 3. We are going to KFC afterwards. Not too sure what to have there as most stuff is fried. I only got one bar with me. What wonderful preparation lol.


Oh. And I'm freezing ;(
