Me too I love the pain...although got to say having my nipples pierced for the second time through scar tissue did almost make me throw up haha...I've lost those now too took them out when got pregnant with little girl :) teensy bits of milk did come out the holes lol

My belly button never healed I think because it was in the middle of rolls of fat so couldn't breathe haha...me and oh got that done together but we both abandoned them all a few years ago :(

He took his prince Albert out when he had a urinary tract infection lol

Used to love going to get pierced there is nothing more fun!!!!

Funnily enough neither of my kids like or are interested in piercing, I guess it's not cool if your parents have done it haha!! But i'm like, ooh get that nose bridge one between your eyes I wish I was young enough for that!!
 
Been spot on today. Just kinda want it to be over. hahahahaha. More because I just want to not have to worry about how many packs i have in and constantly be counting them...etc. LOL.

Im getting bored of it. Not necessarily craving food. Just bored of this. I dunno. Maybe I need to change the packs up. Im not gonna though because this is working :D Just whinging.
 
I know it's boring...but also kinda comforting to be in the zone with the routine.

So...yesterday i ended up doing my 45 second plank twice...10 mins of the 10 Mins Solutions rapid results pilates dvd and i started c25k. so i ran. except that like...my heel is killing so i have to pack that in for now until ive had my appointment with biomechanics. which is the 19th.

Sadly, 221.4 today. but its the exercise...i know it is. Im going to have a rest day. my entire body is aching today. probably over-did it. hey-ho. so today just my plank...which ive done. it was 60 seconds today. I planked for a full minute, you guys. amazing! it was hard and not helped by being so so sore. but i got through it. :)

anyway. its done for today. and im not doing anymore exercise today. lol. im exhausted. seriously so so tired. might have a nap later.

Food today:

2x spag bol
1x ac pancakes
3x boiled eggs

Weight is definitely exercise and water on the muscles don't look at scales :) that will soon woosh off :)

It's a hilarious TV show, have you seen summer heights high? Check it out if you haven't I think you'd like it as we seem quite similar :) or to start right from beginning watch 'we could be heroes' it's Australian and hilarious
 
I think im going to lay off the exercise for a bit. just keep up my plank challenges. as stupid as it sounds...i want to see the weight come off a bit more before i start causing myself scale-stalls. i dont want to chance getting discouraged. and i KNOW i can do the pilates NOW so i will definitely be able to do them once im much nearer goal. so im going to do one of those 30 day challenges every 30 days. after the plank....im gonna do the squats one (and keep planking every day). :D I need to get under 220 already!

Hi BB,

I'm impressed with the 60 second plank. The 45 second one was so tough. I've read you're supposed to build up until you can do 3 minutes and then do 3 minutes a day, every day. Sigh!

I need to get on these challenges too. I'm going to start plank today i'm totally going to copy you. whats a minute out of my day? Are you supposed to do it more than once per day?

no you just do it once a day, lou. :) but i was annoyed that the first time it was so hard. so i got mad at it and decided to do it again just to teach it a lesson. haha yes. im nuts. in the head. :D i will PM you the one im using on fb. :D xx

im going to have a hair consultation at a different salon to sort this sharon osbourne mess i have lol. i hate the cut. the color isnt what i wanted and chose outta the book. but its a nice colour. so yeah. :D been spot on today and now...nap. :D

oh you guys. im so upset. i went to town today to get a pair of jeans. thats all. i just want one pair of jeans that fit. i went to M&S, I went to New Look, I went to H&M, I went to BHS and I went to Next (against my better judgement, because i boycott them for being so fatist that they dont stock the biggest sizes in the shops). And nothing. not one single thing fit right. You know why? All the f***ing skin. Im sick to my stomach. Seriously. Ill. Im going to bed. So fkn depressed.

did you try stretchy ones?

I struggle with Jeans and trousers as my thighs are disproportionate to the rest of me but have kind of made peace with that and just don't really bother unless they're stretchy and have a long top to cover the car crash underneath haha

I absolutely hate clothes shopping too many times i've ended up in tears in shops it's so traumatic!

I was 221.0 again yesterday.

Then I went out last night with my expat friends. I was mildly bad on thursday night...I had 2 walnut whips and a packet of quavers and most of a pbj sandwich. Then yesterday I had quite a few choc buttons....2 mini muffins.....1 spag bol pack (wtf? lol whyyy?) 1 boiled egg, a packet of quavers and chicken fajitas last night at dinner (with the tortillas!) (oh and 2 sips of a pb martini. OMG it was amazing)...and today 223.4 - the hilarious thing is...IM SO HAPPY with that. I was terrible and Ive only put on a couple of lbs - I will get that off in no time. back to it full on :)

Im feeling a bit better but more because Im just not thinking about it. Not because Ive solved anything or have decided to just accept it. Im just...avoiding it..for now. Trying to focus on the actual weight loss first and foremost. So. back on it fully today and excited again. :D :D :D I have 18 days, after today, worth of packs...so i need to order with S&S again. But I dont know what to get...defffffinitely banoffeee porridge and chili. I love spag bol but its soo high in carbs. the sml bars are better so i wont get bars.....i dont know whether to bother with shakes. Sometimes I think I might want some and then I get them...and after a couple of days of having just 1 a day im like bluergh. lol. So I need to play around on mfp and work out cals and carbs on a few diff combos and see what works best.

Morning!

Sounds like a fun night out. I like the S & S cottage pie over steamed cauliflower, broccoli or green beans. I had the spicy spaghetti bol last night and it was good.
