I decided to keep weighing. It works for me and keeps me driven, focused and accountable. And I really want to get through this.
So....218.0 today. Back to my lowest low!! Means I can cross off a mini-goal
Also means, I only need to lose 1 more lb this week and then 1lb each of the two weeks after to make my goal of 215 by Zoe's birthday on the 4th. YAY!
So, Im running low on exante porridge now and i dont have anymore after thats gone...so Im going to experiment with making shake pancakes with vanilla shake today. I might even get fancy and shove some cinnamon in it. haha. So food today:
Hazelnut or Strawberry or Raspberry shake....(not decided yet. hmm)
Vanilla shake pancake

chili, cheese slice and swede chips
