Didnt weigh today. Went to asda for some bday stuff for zoe.

Sat in mcd's while the girls ate but had nowt! Go me. Lol. Trying not to weigh quite so often. Might hold off now until thursday or friday. It does keep me driven though...hmm.

Morning.

219.4 - I decided to check my progress today and then leave it again until friday. Im currently just focused on getting back to 218 (my lowest so far) and then getting to 215 by Zoe's birthday on the 4th of May.

Feeling like I just might be back in the zone and ready to make some more progress.

I have started (just today) taking a vitamin and Ive decided to just power through and get this done.

Yesterday, I had some quorn and cauli that was left over from the night before (not much, but used that instead of a pack, for lunch), a praline bar, a chili pack with 100g (raw weight) swede chips and a slice of light cheese, and pancake. it was all delish and i didnt really feel hungry. My head is still trying to coax me into eating. But it isnt hunger and I know that.

Anyway. Today -

Pancake
bar
shake and 1 boiled egg
chili and 100g (raw weight) swede chips with 1 slice cheese.
1 cheese slice to take my vitamin with this morning. Tomorrow i will just wait and take it with my first pack.

690 cals and 55 carbs

If i struggle I can have an extra egg but Im trying to NOT.

TOTM is due within the next week. Oh joy. lol.

Well done. When I was doing LL it got to the point that I had to sit outside McDs as the smell made me feel sick. (When I'd stop to feed DD.)
 
Ok. Caramel shake. HELLO!?! How do I not remember having tried this before? I made it in my smoothie 2 go with loads of ice and its thick and really creamy and i want to dive in. *back stroke*. hahaha!

super yum omg. kinda sad I only ordered like 3 or 4 of this flavour. oh welll. I will space them out to spread the yumness around as evenly as possible. lolol :p

So ive had 1L of water, 1 cup of coffee, 1 boiled egg and Im having my shake...very sloooowwwwlyyyy. :D

Ive been super productive already this morning - laundry is going and load in the dryer has been folded and put away, dishes done, kitchen tidied up, both girls have been bathed, fed their lunches and are now having their snacks, and i even managed to remember to take the meat out of the freezer for hubbys dinner. ha!

oh. ok...and...my adorable, generous sister has offered to let us stay at hers for a couple of weeks when we first land back in town. this will save us tons of hassle and a crapload of money. seriously....im so so grateful. OMG and. Seriously. AND. She's a vet tech and shes quite senior at work and she said she will kennel Lyra (our cat) for us free at work. SAVING US MORE STRESS, WORRY AND $$$. I am like. <3 So i have been thinking about what to do for her to show her how much we appreciate it and to thank her. Im going to give her a little bit of money when we are there, anyway. But a proper thank you is a work in progress. She is the ONLY one that has self-lessly helped me out and made this move possible, really. She has never let me down. She has always been straight up with me. And I am so fhsdjklfhksfhksdfhs. there are no words.

Anyway. I love my little sister. What a star. :D

Have you ever seen one of those defrost tray thing Kleen-EZ sells! They really work (I often forget to thaw stuff).

I like the caramel shakes, too. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried one.

So, Im running low on exante porridge now and i dont have anymore after thats gone...so Im going to experiment with making shake pancakes with vanilla shake today. I might even get fancy and shove some cinnamon in it. haha. So food today:

Hazelnut or Strawberry or Raspberry shake....(not decided yet. hmm)
Vanilla shake pancake
1 boiled egg
chili, cheese slice and swede chips
bar

Just tried to make this elusive "cookie" out of shake after the pancakes totally failed. So in all, Ive wasted 3 packs. Grr. LOL. No point bothering to experiment anymore, methinks. Im having a shake now...decided on hazelnut. :D Yum! And I had 2 eggs. I was starving after all those failed attempts. LOLOL.

I ordered a Room on the Broom cake topper for Zoe's cake. She isnt having a party...theres no one to invite here. My closest friend here will be in the states (but I will take some cake over to her kids...she's going on a first-time solo trip home!) and hubbys family may as well not be family. None of them are close and arent really involved in each others' lives. Its kinda weird. So its just going to be us. We will have cake and pizza that day. I will have some only if Im at or below 210 by then. And I will work it so I have no packs or anything else that day. Maybe an egg in the morning, a tiiiiny sliver of cake in the evening and 2 slices of pizza for dinner. But Im not sure. Part of me sorta cant be bothered to go off plan. So we will see. Might end up just ordering from the place we get our chicken kebabs so hubby and i can have diet/on plan (ish) food and just get Zoe a little 8in pizza to pick at. That might be a better idea, actually. She loves pizza though..its her fave fave.

So aside from that...I need to get some balloons and banners for her. We have candles already. I just got finished wrapping the presents we have so far. I have another 3 things coming....

Today we are stuck in because the guitar hubby sold is being collected by parcelforce at some point today. And I have some deliveries coming anyway. lol. He will work on his next guitar this weekend and list that. :) He has 5...well, 4 now. And I told him to keep/ship whichever he wants, but originally he was going to sell them all. Now...I think he is thinking of keeping one or two.

Yeah. Pizza sends me on a feeding frenzy too, usually. So probably best avoided.

I have been looking for some birthday decorations...just like..paper plates, banners...balloons. Just low key but cute.

Argh. I hate the gender BS. Anyway. I will probably just have a look at wilko tomorrow. It'll give me something to kill some time.

Been peckish all day and Im sure its the lovely sweet cooking smells of my failed attempt with the shakes. My oven is putting of a cake smell. Meh.

Im ignoring it though. And its lunch time now. Ive been a bit cheeky and dry fried a few mushrooms to mix in just to bulk it out. Plus, I love mushrooms. :D yum!
 
Aww, thanks Lou. Its hard to see the scales go up AT ALL anymore. So I feel compelled to claw it back when Ive been a bit crap. I think it gives me something to focus on. And its distracting. You know? Like at 222 I was like "MUST GET BACK TO 218..its only 4lbs away. *stops mucking about*"...and therefore wasnt like "omg Im BACK UP TO 222 and ive gotta get all the way down to 180 *sigh* *give up* " haha. It makes sense to me, anyway. ;P

Ugh. TOTM is due in a couple of days and Im sooo crampy. and bunged up. ew. :/

Was fine yesterday, dietwise.

Got hubby's last form done (its an online form that you fill in on the govt website and then sign and send electronically)...so thats all the paperwork done. Just basically has to have his medical on the 13th and we are waiting for my sister's signed form to come back (well...waiting for her to get it, sign it and mail it back... *sigh*) and then once those 2 things are done we have to send off this notification to the embassy that we are ready for interview. they will then send hubby an appointment date. so...very much in the home stretch now :D :D

Need to get a quote from a pet relocation company for how much it would be to relocate the fur-child. And decide who to use for the very few boxes of stuff that we will be shipping over and get a quote for that too.

So much to do and think about. lol. And im just so exhausted today.

Oh and yesterday i got an email from my Aunt....they started my gran's radiation yesterday to try to shrink the tumors. And theyre looking into a hospice residence for her. Im sad. Thats kindve an understatement but I dont really know how or what else to say about that. So...yeah. Im gonna call her at the hospital tonight.

Blah. Anyway...food today:

I also should have order oatmeal instead of spag bol. I love it but it has way too many carbs. Meh. Oh well.
