sorry it's crap when you feel crap - just had a couple of weeks like that myself! probably gained at least half a stone, but i'm too scared to weigh myself. i can feel it so i don't need to see it on the scales!
i reckon try and stick to plan until xmas week then have a few days or a week off and enjoy your food. chances are, like the rest of us, you'll feel so bloated and lethargic you'll be raring to get back on plan for new year.
i know i've gained over the past few weeks, but i thought to myself if i carry on eating like this until xmas and beyond then i may gain around a stone (at least). i'm going to try really hard for the next 3 weeks to try and shift some weight then enjoy xmas. if i gain over xmas, so what - it's only once a year
hope you can get back on track - even if it's just to maintian.
