I have to say, all of these photo's are absolutely amazing. Its strikingly inspiring too, I mean you see all these photo's on websites of people claiming to lose 100lbs, but you can't help but feel that somehow those images are fake or photoshopped.

Well, i found this site 3 months ago by accident (looking for some WW points advice). I found this thread and spent hours looking at before and after pics and was so inspired by you all. I remember thinking....I would love a transformation like all those ladies. I started getting serious about my diet there and then. Thank you minimins
Well i never thought I would do this but here are my before and after pictures:
The before pic was a few weeks after giving birth to my daughter at 172lbs. The after pics are 3 months later having done WW at 148lbs. I would still like to lose another 7lbs maybe but I finally feel happy with myself. I finally have my body back
