Well, I've done it. 160 lbs, 32" trousers, below 25 BMI and running twice a week in addition to other fitness stuff. All inside 12 months and I'm now able to eat well and have stuff I didn't think would be possible on a sustainable diet.
I ran 5 miles the other night with a target of running an official 10K before the end of the year.
