Well, after losing 7lb and getting my 3st award last night (since rejoining - my total weight loss is 3st 4.5lb) I thought I ought to share a more recent "before and now". So here we go...

The left is me at 15st (maybe a little heavier) and the right is me last night at 11st 10lb. What a fantastic feeling, I can't describe it
