Join the club. We all just try and take the programme a day at a time. You've done the best thing for yourself and started. Well done.
It isn't easy, but once you get over the first few days it does get better. I've lost 20 lbs - loads more to lose though and I do falter, but I just brush myself off and keep going.

Thank you! I had been reading this forum when looking in to cwp, and found all your weight loss progress inspiring im slightly nervous as to how I will cope without food! But im ready to start and see the results, I hate waiting so decided this will b the best diet 4 me! Hopefully I will see progress in the first month well done to you and hope I get through the 1st week will keep you posted x
