I had a 100% day. Almost wobbled at lunch time but I stayed on track and I am glad I did.

I'm fine thanks.......I've got the week 13 break coming up next week....I'm wondering whether to do it as I'm so close to goal ? What do you think ?

Take the break. You'll more when you get back to the plan. Otherwise your body will really feel the strain and try to hang on to the weight. Not worth the stress.

Glad you're doing okay. I'm so proud of you and find you so motivational.

That is a good point......its only a bit of extra milk and some fruit........I can do an extra few weeks afterwards.........I was able to get myself up in Pilates without the teacher having to pull me up.....no fat tummy in the way........yay.......lol.......simple pleasures.....

Hey well done. I really need to sort out some exercise soon. Once the house repairs that are being done are completed hopefully :)

I'm going away next week for a week. Looking forward to that - should get a lot of walking during the hols and will try to stick to plan as much as possible.

Evening all, I have had a good day also managed an hours Zumba class this morning and a 30min power plate. Hungry tonight but I have a bridesmaid dress to fit into in November! #thinkslim

How has today been. I'm doing fine. I've realised that I'm generally good during the day it's the evening munching that's the challenge.

But at least we aren't stuffing ourselves with pizza and ice cream.

Thank you. Nearly two stone since I started. Was wearing a size 18-20 now 14-12.

The first week is the hardest but you get the most results then so keep strong. You'll be so glad you did at your next weight in.

We are all fab. We can all do this.
