Hello kitty and minirog

How's it going......I've got the Coke Zero on the go.....my son was a real sweetie cos he ate his huge bowl of pasta in his bedroom in case I was tempted......or perhaps my dribbling disturbed him.....lol...

I made sure I was in the study while OH was having dinner. It is hard to be around them when they are eating.

I was nearly tempted to nibble or have another bar a while ago. But I forced myself to concentrate on something else and just drink water.

So 100% plus a small cheat of peanuts today. Not bad considering. Must do better tomorrow though.
 
It is difficult but what is so strange is that I don't feel hungry so why am I craving food.....?

I guess it's just our mind not getting over the idea that we should be eating more than we are. Night all.

It's totally mind over matter. Your mind is telling you that you are hungry, because of the habits you get into. For me it's things like eating something sweet just before bed, or eating a carby snack when I get in from work. I'm. It actually hungry but my mind tells me I must be. I think distraction is the best way out of those moments. That's why I'm on here so much!

Well, I'm going to try and sleep now.

How you finding exante compared to CD? Do you feel hungrier? I'm going to swap at some point.

Day12: -1st 1 12st 1 BMI 31.9
Dont like knowing weight, so staying off scales. Want to bypass 11s so not weighing until 2nd Aug!

Hello. Exante is great. Hunger is the same. Enjoy the products more actually. Love the bars, the Thai soup, the porridge. No complaints really. I'd say go for it and make use of all the offers out there.
 
Exante food tastes better but is slightly higher in calories.

I'm having a miserable say with my cold and have already eaten a bar :( I wanted to save bars for evening.

I feel really yucky with a bad cold. I hope it's not a reaction to the diet?

Hello,

I don't think the cold is a result of the diet. But, just in case, take some vitamin supplements if you think you're run down. You shouldn't need it though.

Hope you're better soon. Stick with it.

I've just drunk lots of coffee again today, some diet cola and water. Still not had breakfast. Trying to wait till about 1.00 if possible. Been for a little walk in the sunshine too. Feeling good. Hope it continues. Fingers crossed.
 
Good on you for the walking. I think exercise is a great distraction from food and a great solution to boredom.

I'll be much happier when I can get back to the gym.

Im hungry today, so off to drink. Pint of water to try and trick my tummy!

Hope the water did the trick. I've always felt so self-conscious going to a gym. Not till I'm much slimmer for sure. Then I might actually just to tone things up.

Been an angel today. Only had my pasta so far. Trying to wait till about four for my shake.

Morning all. Lazy day for me, had a long lie in :)

Off for a walk now and hopefully to the gym later. I'm back to square one in the diet front as I ate some pizza last night. Very cross about it now, but what's done is done.

I weighed and had lost 2 lbs which is rubbish for a first weeks loss, but it was only five days so maybe next week will be better.

Have a good 100% day everyone x

I'm self conscious, but I know it needs to be done. I just put my music in my ears and ignore everyone else.
