As week 1 went really well, I starting the second off with lots of determination and a big smile on my face! This is what I've had:

2 Slices of 400g bread - Healthy Extra B
Mixed Green Salad
Ham
1 light laughing cow triange - 1.5 syns
Muller Light
2 Satsumas & 1 Apple
Dinner
Tomato Chicken Bake (p.69 in SW 100 Free Original Recipes book)
Brocoli, Carrots, Cauliflower
(note to self: Next time use syns and have it with rice as the juice was quite runny).
Snacks:
250ml semi skimmed milk - Healthy A
Options Hot Chocolate - 2 Syns
Think I've got my head around EE now! I've got a question about your daily menu plan.... You've put 3.5 sync for an alpen light bar however you can have two as a HEXb. Just thought I'd let u know unless I've missed something else you already down as a HEXb
Glad you've got it now! I just looked at my menu again and I forgot to add 4 ryvitas which i had at lunch which is my healthy b. That's why I synned the alpen bar. It actually started out as a green day and my alpen bar was part of my b but then I realised I was having chicken for dinner so rather than using loads of syns for that I swapped it round to extra easy and sunned my alpen bar which was a lot cheaper than the chicken!! Xx

Lots of variety there and also love your treats to have for your mini targets. It always makes losing weight that bit more fun when you have an incentive to work for.

The treat idea happened by accident! I realised my spa trip was 3 weeks into my challenge and I suddenly had the idea to keep it up because 12 weeks seems so long for a first time challenge. I decided to keep them in line with the spa treats because I wanted to stay away from food rewards and wanted something different from buying clothes. I don't do enough beauty treatments so thought i'd spoil myself a bit this time round! xxx

Slimming World Bacon and Cheese Burger in wholemeal roll with slimming world coleslaw and homemade sweet potato wedges - 2.5 syns
Tomato Sauce - 2 Syns
Banana and Custard - 2.5 syns
Dinner:
Wholemeal Pasta with homemade chicken and Veg Sauce: Chopped Chicken breast, Garlic, Onion, Mushroom, Celery, Courgette, red & yellow pepper, passata, herbs.
Snack:
2 Satsumas
