Berry's diary

Try it guys, I mix two tablespoons of fat free Greek yog with loads of salt and pepper , chopped spring onion and chopped up roast chicken. It's tasty and you don't need cheese and stuff as its sort of mayo like. Haven't had a jacket in ages!

No exercise today, too tired, long day at work and its blimmin freezing!!!

Finished on 1403 today. Had some of the new peanut butter core Ben and jerrys - bad behaviour on a Monday but oh well! It's delicious, would recommend .

Just having a big herbal tea and going to do my fake tan in a mo before bed. The cleaner came today so the flat looks beautiful and cosy. I am looking forward to the bank hol so much.
 
Going to try the dinner x what fake tan do you used could do with it I look like a snowman
 
Haha, TOWIE orange!! I use Xen tan, its really good, not smelly and doesn't streak/go orange.

OMG I peeked on the scales and was 136lbs this morn!! WHATTTTTTTT! :( :( :( Stupid Ben&Jerry!!!!

Have to go to work drinks tonight so thats not going to help any loss before Thursday weigh in. ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
 
136 would be back above my January weight :( a disaster! I don't see why its going so wrong as I am eating pretty healthily and have been exercising. I read so much about don't go too low so have been around 1300 and this gain happens?! Freaking out.

Anyone got any advice looking back over my diary? :( :( :(
 
I don't know your meals always look amazing, have you changed the type of excercise you are doing or maybe drinking less water as its been cold ?
 
Maybe drinking a bit less, will try increasing that. Exercise has been quite similar throughout the year but recently picked up running again. I don't know... I think it must be the sugar I have been having lately even if I am still not too far over on calories I have been having chocolate and jelly beans a lot in the evenings so it must be that, and icecream after dinner. Even if MFP shows me in the green, I shouldnt be having those things every day, just as a treat. Feeling so down about it, just want to get back to below 130lbs then I don't care how slow it takes from there. Having a cup of tea now, then will have rice cake, fruit and veg for lunch. Really annoyed with myself

I'm a slave to a spray tan!! Get topped up Wednesday, she uses sienna x and its a lovely colour. I do look a little out of place so tanned in minus degree weather!!
 
Oohh I've heard good things about Sienna, might give it a whirl once my Xen runs out.

Work drinks last night but stuck to G&Ts - monday and tuesday have been under 1350 net cals so far, so good but am realistically thinking the bank hol will be higher. However I have booked a holiday to BALI at the beginning of May so from next week onward I am full on bikini body BLITZ.

Bought some green tea this morn so downing those all day. Had to have a soya cappuccino though as feeling a bit peaky from the G&T and no dinner!

Going to run the 7km loop this evening even if its dark when I get home. Lovely sunshine in London today but SOOOO blimming cold out there!

Having a big catch up with friends tomorrow evening to kick off the bank hol so want to look skinny and healthy, usually would just go in my work outfit but I think I might take a change of clothes and wear my zara leather-like skinnies and a denim shirt with heels!

Eaten soooo much! Reckon I am back at 135 which is January weight! Very very bad! Have been running lots though so thats good. Go on holiday 27th April so on my best behaviour til then. Arghhhh

Have planned the day- having fajitas for dinner. All the choc has now gone and I am not buying any more of the bloody stuff or icecream before I go away. Didn't have time to exercise yesterday and also feeling soooooooo tired thank god its a short week. Going to do my usual run loop this evening though which is 7.5km and takes me between 45-50 mins at the moment- want to get the time to 40 as soon as poss.

I'd like to be 130 when I fly, so end of the month. Bit of a tall order, but I'll see how close I can get. Official (re)starting weigh in tomorrow.
