So, Dad's leaving again today so back on plan for the most part - but I have a night out tonight so there will be drinking which I won't count.. Then from Saturday - Tuesday I will limit myself to 5 syns a day (if I need them) even though I've more than used my syns this week, just so I don't feel deprived.

Then from wednesday it's 100% see if we can finally shift some weight!!

I'm bored! Col's been working late every night this week and is working again today so it's just me and the Rug Rats. Can't get myself motivated :confused:

Off to town in a bit - got no idea what's on the menu today - even M&S food doesn't inspire me anymore cos everything's got bloody syns!

Yeah I had a good night (which ended in half a chicken kebab and a portion of chips.. Whoops!)

And now just trying to figure out whether I'm at the theatre tonight.. Either way come
Monday I have to be 100% cos I don't wanna be fat anymore!!

I lurve m&s food (they keep playing an advert with ravioli and it's making me sad!!) went to tesco yesterday on the way home and ended up buying mugshots, pasta, melon etc and then got home and realised there was no 'real' food because I hadn't planed any meals.. So don't even know what I'm eating today :)

Well done for staying even a bit motivated while you're on your own, I find it really difficult when there's no one to police me and when I get bored/lonely.. Hope he gets a bit of time off/some shorter days soon!! X

Just weighed myself :( all I can say is.. 10.12 which means with less than two weeks off altogether spread over a month I gained 5 pounds.. Not sure how it was physically possible for me to eat an EXTRA 17,500 calories but there you go. What it does mean is that I've put another 5 weeks on my target journey (not counting for holiday gains - mine of which apparently will be massive!!) never been so annoyed at myself!!

Ah well.. Moving swiftly on.. I just needed a moan!
 
Moan away my love ... that's why I'm here ;)

There is no way you have gained 5lb of fat ... the extra few lbs will come off quickly I'm sure. OK you've had a set-back which is a pain in the arse because it takes 2-3 weeks to get back to the starting point ... but beyond that you ARE going to make it down to the 10s ... I KNOW IT!!

13 pounds and I'll be in the 9's so I'm aimed to be 9.13 by September.. It just seems soo painfully slow - but I'm not gonna let my diet rule my life.. Sooo slow losses are the price I'll have to pay..

Really hungry again :( really tempted to eat some more curry but at bedtime it seems ridiculous so I'll resist.. I'm good like that

It was delish! Had some for my lunch again today!

I'm addicted to my 4 ryvitas and laughing cow lights.. Feels like I'm having a real cheese and biscuit fix, but goes much further.. Don't know how you ever do EE without those 4 hexs!!

Green girl forever for me :) even if it means slow losses.. Me on red would = 3 omelettes a day as can't imagine eating meat for every meal - even though loads of people reckon they get the best losses on red!

Definitely going to have lovely ryvitas later! X

I reckon chilli & rice is my mostest favouritest meal in the whole wide world! :D Not with quorn though :jelous: lol! Even better with some tortillas on the side ... nom nom nom!
