Breakfast - none

Lunch - none

Dinner - Channa masala (onion, green chilli, red pepper, curry powder, chickpeas, tinned toms and lemon juice) with brown rice and onion salad (onion, cucumber, cherry toms, f/f natural yoghurt and lemon juice)

Snacks - strawberry Danio (1), 1 hexa and 1 hexb cheddar (although, shared it with the dog grr) and 250ml red wine (9)

Saturday 4th Jan

Breakfast - none (I know, I know)

Had a very busy morning taking all the decs down, deep-cleaning the kitchen, lots of washing and am going to have to run to the tip later..

Lunch - think it might be low fat supernoodles (hoping these are still free) with salad

Dinner - I reckon quorn chilli with rice and broccoli

Snack - hexa cheddar, apple, few red grapes.

2.5 weeks to holidays so here I am..

Diet starts tomorrow - already got fruit salad prepped for train to work tomorrow and savoury rice and ham salad for lunch.. think I might make a quick minestrone soup after my bath tonight so I have something to eat when I get home from work late..

Really need to sort this out now - it's getting ridiculous! Max is back from the US in a week but need to get in the habit of at least being good or I'll be a right piggy!

Well well well.. I was a little piggy!

Weighed this morning at 11.6 which is only 4lbs away from my heaviest! Need to do this now :(

Breakfast - banana

Lunch - beef salad (rice, leaves, beef, red onion, toms, basil, jalapenos, gherkins and mustard dressing (will say 10 syns to be safe)
Tangerine and apple

Dinner - quorn and 2 bean chilli and couscous with salad
