Here we go again!
My daughter is busy planning everything for the wedding in case it goes ahead, it just relies on her fiance getting time off from the forces. If he can, the hotel will be booked and then everything else will follow. They are so excited about getting married, it's lovely!
Off to badminton tonight. The trouble with our "new" sports hall is that the air conditioning doesn't work very well. It gets so hot in there. All good for losing pounds I suppose.
Day off from exercise tomorrow, lovely, except for walking in after work which I really enjoy anyway, especially if it's going to be as nice as it is here today. The sun is out and I've already hung out my washing (at 6am this morning).

Ah Bev it is lovely to be planning the wedding. If it does go ahead for Oct, you already have all the hard work done in losing all the weight. So as long as you don't outshine the bride!!! You will look lovely!!

Here we go again!
I hope you're right about that heatwave Mary, need to get a bit of a tan before our hols!
Went badminton last night and it was really good. I came out really hot and felt like I had a really good workout. The friendly match is just over 4 weeks away so I will really look forward to that.
Going to get a new barbeque tomorrow. Planning on having a bbq after our hols so need a new one. Going to get one with a lid to aid cooking and also just in case it rains when we do it!
Walking in after work tonight so hope it clears up a bit, it's a bit cloudy down here at the mo. It's supposed to be really nice here later.
Me and hubby on weekend off so that will be lovely. Off to gym first thing tomorrow then into town for some shopping. Not really got a lot to get for holiday now, thankfully.

Ok actually i'll compromise - heat wave this weekend (but not sunday between 8:30-11:00) then it can get hot again, then it can stop on friday so its nice and cool for race day then 1pm on sunday it can get reallllllllllly hot again.
Wonder if the weather man reads this?!!! :giggle:

Here we go again!
Week 10 weigh in and another 3lbs gone. That's 2st 12lbs altogether now. Very pleased with that. I am actually feeling a lot smaller now. That's only really hit home this weekend. Funny how it takes so long for you to realise that you have lost weight and that it shows!
Jan, only shopping in our local town, Penzance. Not a lot to shout about but it will do us.
Off to Asda next weekend with mum and daughter and will probably get a few more bits for holiday, not that I really need them though. Haven't been down to Asda for months now, looking forward to seeing their holiday gear though. Might see if they have the biggest loser bars cos I can't find them in our town.
Only 3 and half weeks left on exante now and I can't wait to get back to eating again. There will be week and half left to go until holiday then too, excited! Hope this ash cloud has completely gone by then!

Well done, that's a fantastic loss in 10 weeks. I bet it feels good to have shed that access fat. The end is so near, within reach! I am really happy for you

Here we go again!
Some good news, looks as though my daughter's wedding is on for the last week of September. Her fiance has spoken to his officer and he says there's nothing really stopping him from having that time off!! We are so excited about it now!! After holiday we will be wedding and bridesmaids dress shopping! How great will that be. Can't wait. It's lovely seeing my daughter so excited and happy about something. Bless her.
Walked in after work last night and it was lovely. Quite a lazy night in last night, didn't really do anything. Have gym after work so a bit later home tonight. Badminton tomorrow night.
