Oh Bev, can anything be done about the stress you are under at work. Is it due to being over-worked or something else? Have you spoken to anybody? Health is the main priority, what about speaking to someone?

I played the matches on Friday night. No problems. I played one match for the A team and one match for the B team. It was a hard night. We played solidly for 2.5 hours. It was very tiring but saying that I really enjoyed it too. The A team won all 12 games, as expected.

I'm off wedding dress shopping (looking!) on Sunday. There's a wedding dress show and me and my daughter and mum are going. Exciting or what?? The wedding is hopefully going to be next September but nothing is definite yet. They're leaving it til January to book everything. All the dresses are brand new and from their London showroom. We shall see what they have.

Walking in after work tonight but it's not very nice down here at the mo, so looks like I might get a bit wet but I don't care, I'll be going home so it doesn't matter. Badminton on thursday this week, should be easy compared to last Friday!

Wow 2.5 hours Bev! Not bad! Have fun wedding dress shopping. Are there going to be any tears?! My step mum balled here eyes out the whole time when we went!

I'm hoping there wont be any tears, not from me anyway, can't guarantee my mum wont though!! Although I have to say, I will be a very proud mummy!

Got a call from a captain of a team at badminton last night. Thankfully he only wanted my brother's number to ask if he would join his team. I thought he was going to ask me so was relieved when he didn't. At the end of the call he just casually asked, if he needed me would I be OK to play in his team. I said yes, to home games. Can't believe that's another team I've been asked to play in when I told them I didn't really want to this year. Oh well, never mind, just got to think of all that extra exercise I suppose.

No more migraines since last thursday, thankfully. I'm lucky though that I don't get the searing pain with them, just the visual disturbance. It lasts for about 30 minutes and then I feel really tired. Horrible though.

Off to badders tonight. I bet it will feel really easy playing tonight after last friday's marathon session. My brother will be there tonight too so that will be nice to see him. Don't see him enough really.

Didn't get to play any games with or against my brother last night. There were 32 of us playing last night so didn't get to play him. Really good workout again though. Played lots of games last night.

So glad weekend is nearly here. Will have weekend away from work, lovely. Having an easy saturday then wedding dress shopping on sunday, can't wait!

The wedding dress shopping was fantastic! We got her dress. If she had ten boxes to tick for her perfect dress, the dress she got ticked them all. I've never seen my daughter look so beautiful. My mum was upset, really sweet! We also got her veil and tiara. Her fiance is going to be gobsmacked when she walks in. When you find the right dress you just know. She's so chuffed we found it.

Was off work yesterday as had workmen coming to the house so back to it today. I really enjoy my time off work. Didn't do anything special just nice to take it easy.
