Here we go again!
Week 9 weigh in and 3lbs down! Very surprised, but pleasantly!! I think it's because I do more walking now and am back to badminton too. I'm also drinking 3 litres of water during the day now. Not sure how I've upped it to that but I have. Got to keep it up now!!
Hope everyone had a good weekend. I had 2 bunches of flowers from my daughters but obviously couldn't go out for a meal. Shame about that but me losing this weight in time for my daughter's wedding is much more important to me. I think I have about another 4 weeks left on this and then I'm finished. Lovely!!

Here we go again!
I know Tanya, can't believe how quickly it's going!!
I am feeling shocking today! Caught my daughter's cold or whatever it is she had. I didn't sleep last night, I feel hot and cold and my head feels like cotton wool!! Great! Don't feel that I can take anymore time off sick after having a week off cos of my shoulder though. I will see how I feel later and maybe go home at lunchtime. I think once I start working I will feel better (or at least forget about how bad I actually do feel!!).
Will be glad of fresh air later when I walk in.

Still feeling like rubbish. I stayed at work all day yesterday and will today too. Feel a little better than yesterday but not much. I'm not aching today, which is great.
Will be walking in tonight and tomorrow night but I wont be going to badminton later, I really haven't got the energy cos of this cold. Will go again next week.

Here we go again!
Feeling a lot brighter today, so glad the aching has gone away. I haven't even felt like having my shakes or bars for the last few days, really didn't fancy them, my stomach wasn't right but I did force them down as I knew that I had to. Don't feel as though I've lost much this week, we will see tomorrow for week 10 weigh in. Where has that time gone??
On Sunday it will be 10 weeks to my daughter's wedding, can't believe it's that close. Me and hubby are off to get his suit tomorrow and I will be looking around for me too. I will probably end up getting mine at the beginning of May sometime, I'm not sure what size I am so will wait til then. Also got to decide whether to wear a hat, a fascinator or nothing. People keep saying I should wear some headwear cos I'm mother of the bride but I'm not sure yet.
Have a great weekend and I will report back in on Monday.

Here we go again!
Week 10 weigh in and 5lbs gone!!! No idea where that came from. Cos I was feeling so bad last week and I didn't do badminton I just don't know how I lost so much. Very pleased but very shocked too, I weighed a couple of times to make sure it wasn't a mistake!
Hubby got his suit on saturday, very nice it looks too. I also had a good look around and found some lovely outfits, will be leaving mine to nearer the time though. Tried on a hat just to see what it was like and hubby loved it!! Said I've got to wear a hat cos they suit me so much, we will see once I have the outfit!!
Going to be another lovely day down here today so will really enjoy my walk in later.

Here we go again!
Had another lovely walk in after work last night. I really hope this isn't our summer for the year!! More washing hung out again.
Walking in again after work and then badminton later too. Last of the winter club tonight. We have a break for easter for 2 weeks then the summer club starts. I will be going to that until our holiday!! (Only 12 weeks!!!!!).

Here we go again!
Went to badminton and my shoulder was and is fine. Looks like it's well and truly better. Not many of us at club last night so had lots of games. Off to our AGM tonight and I have been asked to raise an item whilst there. It will probably mean I am known as a troublemaker but I will be speaking for a lot of people so I don't mind!!
Nearly weekend, lovely!! Haven't got a lot planned so a nice relaxing weekend coming up. A lay in at last, great!!!

Here we go again!
Week 11 weigh in and lost another pound! Pleased with that after my big loss last week.
Went to the AGM and am now a committe member. Pleased to be involved more with the club. Most people there agreed with what I had to raise (apart from a couple of blokes that I was complaining about, I didn't mention any names but they knew who they were!!) and things are going to be sorted out. Really glad I raised the point and even the chairman agreed with me and said things will be sorted! I was speaking for a lot of people though, not just myself!
Had a nice relaxing weekend, sat out in the garden yesterday, first of the year. Got to start working on that pre-holiday tan, to get me started.
Only 9 weeks yesterday til my daughter's wedding, she's coming shopping with me in 4 weeks to get my outfit. I will be at the size I want to be then and I can buy my outfit. I've seen some lovely ones so just want her opinion really to help me decide. My hubby is fine shopping with me but being lovely, he tells me everything looks good when I know it really doesn't! I need an honest opinion and my daughter will certainly give me that.
