sounds good but i can pretty much lay off the cake. i suppose it still works for chocolate bars.... woop! man i feel like poo. would very much like to go home and fall into bed. x
 
i couldn't have two bites of chocolate cake if the rest was there, ha. i'd just have to get myself a tiny piece that was two bites worth :)

elle honey. you'll be back under that stone mark soon. drink plenty of water to help combat the water retention. that's the most important bit. and don't throw yourself into junk food because of totm. give it a week and you'll be skinny in the 13s :D

i am in the 14s on my scales. i can't wait to be in the 14s on my cdc's scales. i have realised it's only about 5.5 weeks until i go to denmark and i need to lose over a stone in that time...
 
2 bites of a chocolate cake? Yea right, like thats possible! lol. Unless there is an armed guard there to take the offending item away again lol.

I have got no will power what so ever recently. I think its more to do with sheer boredum to be honest. But the chances of getting a job for 1 month are just impossible now. It was hard enough when i had 3 months. So i guess i am doing nothing until i go back. I am thinking i am going to go back early. Depending on when the girls are getting back. I am really hoping they wanna go back at the start of sept tho!!!
 
just went and had lunch, ate outside on a bench and it's helped me feel a bit better as im feeling a bit poo today. I can't wait till i get home i have an excellent treat... skinny cow triple chocolate icecream at 80 calories a pop!! woooooooooooooooooooooop! :)

skinny cow ice cream is amazing. especially the minty one, and the summer berry lollie things are amaaaaaaazing. gah. wish i could have one!!

I am having a bit of a sh*t day today so maybe I will get my triple choc skinny cow ice cream out of the freezer and have a bit. xx

they come in lolly and tub form:p just following a healthier eating/eating less/doing more exercise diet. you? welcome to our crazy forum :) xxx
 
MY HEAD HURTS!!

and it won't go away. the headache. not the head. and i am trying to avoid looking at my computer screen. but since i work in IT that is nigh on impossible... so i thought i would say hello...

it's probably CAUSED by the comp never mind making it worse. is there absolutely no way you can get away from the screen for a bit?

guys once more the americans are luckier than us... they have a million more skinny cow products that we do :( including...taz... a peanut butter and chocolate icecream cookie sandwich for 150 cals. I WANT THAT ONE!!!

OMG I am so loving the sound of that Peanut Butter one. I had to have a peanut butter fix at lunch as I hadn't had it for weeks hmmm yum yum xx
