what on earth is it with you guys and peanut butter? it's absolutely disgusting stuff!!
skinny cow products though. mmm.
well i've taken some ibuprofin and had a shake with it as an empty stomach and that stuff isn't a good plan. was the only painkiller i had though. seems like it's starting to ease off a bit.
did i tell you that the new guy that i work with has basically been coming onto me for two days now? it's been making me feel rather uncomfortable. not that i can't deal with it. but he says things in such a way that i can't work out if he is actually coming onto me or if he is just trying to ingratiate himself. anyhoo. i was getting rather annoyed and he's had some bad family news and had to go home. and now the place is too quiet... guess i'm just fussy, ha. he knows i'm getting married though so i think i'm probably overreacting. i work in IT for god's sake. i'm not used to compliments... he did try to hug me today but i got out of that one. i don't know whether to be scared or flattered!! he seems nice enough, rather formal at times and then not at others. anyhoo. thinking out loud. i don't know what happened because obviously my manager isn't going to tell me but i hope he's ok in any case. why is it you can go from being annoyed with someone to feeling really sorry for them in a second!!?!

oh_my_word abz!! marmite is disgusting, peanut butter is a jar of pure joy!! peanut butter and jam and peanut butter and chocolate...can't get enough of it. zumo even do a smoothie with peanut butter in which was tasty but i had a bit too much...

p.s. i see you react in similar ways to me when strange people come on to you. I always seem to get the barmy sods and when i complain and find it a it gross my friends are always like "for goodness sake, you should be pleased because he's showing interest, not finding it disgusting!" UH, HALLOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, HE'S A FRRRREAK! well, i've sure as hell had a couple of them. One of them met me, got my phone number, then rang me at 6am the next morning to see if i was awake yet...on my holiday... *ahem* x

Hi Girlies!
Well i have been a domestic goddess today!
Cleaned the entire downstairs, EVEN the stove! Ohmygod! lol. The dogs are bugging me because they are leaving LOADS of hair everywhere, stupid mutts.
Dad is making dinner tonight, so yay. Although i have just spent an hour watching Star Trek (Yes i am a geek) While making a shopping list for him, he never gets all the stuff that my mum used to lol.
Sent my uni mates a text asking when they are moving back, but no reply yet! lol.
Oh and Peanut butter is great, in small amounts, it gets really sickly when you eat to much, but i am one of those that just sticks a spoon in it while i am in the kitchen talking, and eat it like that lol.
I wanna try some Skinny Cow, i saw it advertised on Opera Whinfrey, or however you spell her name! the other day, yes thats how boring my life is right now. lol.
Hope your all ok! Where is Jenn today, i think she is having an affair with the sunshine! lol

:wow:I'm totally wired! Just got back from a music session. Couldn't find the club at first. It was in a built up area, cunningly disguised as two large houses which had been knocked together inside to make a bar and function room. Very noisy venue but great evening - some talented performers on stage Sat with hot choc at the moment - won't be able to sleep if I go up to bed now. Well guys, I'm afraid that tonight I got in a tiny bit of guiness drinking practice ready for next week's trip to Ireland and the verdict is I think I will do alright - I may well have the hang of it! I just hope I haven't done any damage before my weigh in tomorrow morning x

good morning guys. how has your weigh in gone this morning gem?
it took hours and hours for the headache to go and two anadin on top of the two ibuprofin!! aargh. was great to catch up with my friend kate though still can't believe she's booked her wedding on the same day as me. she told me off for not telling her when mind was exactly but i didn't think that people would book on top!! plus. i checked with all the people i knew were getting married before booking mine ha.
she's so organised. she's only been engaged a couple of months and has already bought her dress!! although she said that was kind of accidental, ha. but even so!!
the lovely taz has put me onto somewhere with other lovely dresses with red in them if they stop selling mine or mine just gets too damn expensive before i am thin enough to get it
i am only half a lb down so far this week. damn water retention. so i am hoping for a sudden downturn over the next couple of days or my loss this week is going to be pathetic!! i'm also really tired and i have to work tomorrow too so i'm going to have to have a really early night tonight i think. i tried last night but just could not get back to sleep!!

luckily we were pretty much the only people on both wedding lists. so we just can't go to each other's, obviously, ha. in fact she said it was almost a good thing because she was umming and aahing about inviting some of our mutual friends...
it's just a shame. i would have loved to have gone to hers and she to mine but never mind. another one of our friends is getting married three weeks later so if nothing else we can catch up then, ha. we'll have to save the wedding photies for another time though

Abz - Shame about your friend and the wedding. Maybe you can get together at some point, both in your wedding dresses, with or without new hubbies and have a nice piccie taken.
As far as OH's wet shoes are concerned - WHAT ARE YOU DOING WOMAN? When we burnt our bras (smaller ones in those days) in the late 1960s I thought maybe men could manage to sort out things like wet shoes for themselves - now he's had a wet shoe day, perhaps he'll work out how to do it himself next time. Instead of apologising for not doing it why don't you tell him what you would have done if they had been your shoes Rant over
