haha great idea i'm in! i had a pot with a bit of peanut butter and strawb jam yesterday yum yum yum.
guys have done a before and after thing on my albums. i know i said a stone but if i hit that in cyprus it will be harder for me to upload the pics so ive done it as a before and after 13lb loss. i cant see much difference to be fair but oh well...comes with the territory of bein tall i guess haha.

lol i'm 5' 10", and i am just a tad bit crazy. except for in my before and after photos lol. in them i'm just yuk and bland. but i care not, it's the body we're looking at after all

jeeeezzz....I am only 5'2 and 3/4inch...and we all know that extra 3/4 inch makes all the difference....hahaha....But then again, my father is 5'4 and my mum 5'1....so I never stood much of a chance...hahahaha.
But well when you read this in cyprus....You look great. You can really see the difference hun. So well done you!!
OH mentioned today that he can really see the difference my weight has made...I am well chuffed. Wasn't expecting any comments at all.
Bad news though...College doesn't do a part time course...so I am going to have to wait for at least 14 months for so before I can start the new course...but in the mean time I can continue to work on my business, and sort out all the magistrates stuff....so...fingers crossed all is well. The only thing that could effect things now is a baby....but that would be a wonderful thing...just pushes things back a bit. hahhaa....But seeing as I am only "practicing" I should be fine!! hehehehhee

wow elle!! that's fantastic news on your loss and you're 5 foot 10?? i had no idea you were that tall. you are going to look incredible. and i just had a look at your photies and you look absolutely bloody amazing. you've shaved off all your lumps and bumps and have a fantastic figure. notice the green tinge creeping in here? i haven't lost anything. hmph. i might have lost half a lb but after the main numbers on my scales hadnt shifted i didn't look at the weeny ones, ha. so i'm grumpy today.
step went really well last night. i made it all the way through on the lowest step you can get but i got far more out of it. my back is sore today but i didn't have to stop during the class because it hurt. so bonus
think i am having water retention issues. but it's so cold here i'm finding it really really hard to keep drinking the water think i'm going to bring in some water flavouring and make it hot...
