abz....well they say a stone a month when you are ssing only....but remember you are eating meat now and again....that WILL make a difference. But you are doing well. You do what you can and make sure you are having all your soups and shakes. The exercise is one thing, that you need to take it easy on. Because if you do too much, with the VLCD you will hang on to any fats you have, which wouldn't be good. But just be patient....you're doing well!!

hezzi...hmmm....feel thin....not sure what that is like....but I know that for example this morning I felt like I had lost some. Since sunday I have lost 3lbs...( two I gained from eating bread-naughty me) and just another one. So yip---peeee.....
Taz...not sure about you...but I have found I loose more when i am on red days than green days. I uses less syns and don't eat as much. Not sure why....but then too I noticed my water intake had come down a bit...which i have picked back up...and this week I know I will have a 2-3 loss which will make up for my sts yesterday. But as I said I am so glad it was a sts rather than the 2 lbs i gained from the bread and OH's b-day. But we shall see.
You know the thing about peanut butter....I do like it...I love pb&J sandwiches...but if I am honest it has been at least a year or so since I ate any. I have it in the cupboard but I save it for the LU.
tizzi....I think the last time i mentioned PB I said the game jiffy....but I meant to say SKIPPY....that is the name of the PB in the states...they were selling it at sainsbury's at one point years ago but dropped it like a bad habit....so...no more....oh well....
But for anyone who like pb & J there is stuff called Goober from the US which is PB with strips of grape or strawberry jam. Grape jam is yummy but never found anything like it over here.
