good morning chaps my scales went up again this morning. i really hope this is totm related or so far slimming world has helped me gain half a stone in a week!! my first slimming world weigh in is hardly going to be a joyous one

and i've stuck to it like glue!!

i'm drinking plenty of water. i've posted yesterday's menu on the sw threads if you could have a look and tell me if i'm doing anything wrong hon? yesterday didn't have as much veg as usual... but we were going shopping in the evening so didn't have much in. but i still stuck to the rules...

Good morning everyone

Taz and Abz - what's going on, beating me to it again

I reckon it's silly gains week - I can't understand what my scales are doing either and I can't even blame TOTM cos I don't get that any more

My clothes still fit me the same (size 20 trousers coming on and off without having to undo them but I still feel as though I might be retaining water. I lost half a pound this morning so it's back to going the right way but I'm still 3.5 up on last week. I'll up the fluid intake today and cut down on the coffee - see if that helps.

That might help Gem. Abz, why don't you go to a Boots or Tesco or somewhere that has scales and weigh there each week. If your scales aren't working properly then they could be telling you lies! The scales in Boots and the like are regularly calibrated so you will always get an accurate reading, just go the same time each week. I will seek out your food diary and see what it looks like

well the wii fit seems to confirm it all. it's a sod. i have been having loo troubles but not enough for half a stone!! or at least i don't think so... that's why i decided to use up a few syns on dried apricots

will get glugging the water today to make sure i'm getting enough but i'm already weeing for the country!!
