well i'm feeling very low today. i have gained 10lbs in the last week since having my implant out. i know that it's more than likely hormonal but i really don't have the time to sit about and hope it drops off, so i'm starting cambridge again after easter weekend since i already have this week's food in the house. so sw for another week (and hopefully a big drop in that sudden gain) and then cd again. gah. it's a nightmare, but it doesn't half work... and i hadn't gained until this sudden upset after coming off it last time, so i know i can maintain afterwards... i'm just having to drag myself kicking and screaming into doing it. but at the end of the day the results will be worth it!!
