the place we are thinking of for our honeymoon is cheap as chips if we fly from gatwick. but i'm thinking by the time we've paid for the train there, a hotel there (as the flight leaves at around 7am and i don't think there's a train to get us there on time... although thinking about it, we'd have to get up so early i don't think it would be worth booking a hotel) it would probably be just as expensive...

There are some real bargains going at the moment abz, I saw one over the weekend, 10 nights half board in Malta for £700 for a couple.
