Hi Tyn - It's hard, these goodbyes. Many people don't know how to behave. Me, I'd rather remember them as they are and only go visit if it helps someone else. For some people it helps to touch, even kiss the person but for me the essence is well gone and it is only the shell that is there - the persona you were used to. Please don't let this woman's inadequacies spoil what today meant to you. Just take what you need to take from the day and move on. Good luck babes for tomorrow. I'll be with you in spirit. morning guys, it's sunny here today YAY, was horrible yesterday. congrats abz on losing 5lbs, it doesnt matter about the W.I., today im congratulating you on that lol. This morning I weigh 14st 3lbs exactly lol. as my scales do 1/4 lbs as well abz, I know i've lost around 3/4 of a pound haha but i dont take any notice of them so i've lost... nothing. lol. Probably got something to do with the sausages yesterday, it doesn't matter to me much, although i did hope to be bang on 14 this weekend.
last night i figured out where the half a stone (almost) has gone from. My boobs! haha. I tried on all my bras and they're all loose. Especially my left boob. I'm now a definite 36f on that one and almost there with my right one too. Quite happy about that actually
girls i have tyns number, is it worth me texting him from all of us saying we're thinking of him, or shall i leave him to it today? I hope he's coping ok...
