hahahahaha abz you can listen to this, ive just eaten and i feel 1)sick 2)still hungry. i have a packet of carrot sticks to munch on to stop me feeling as hungry. have a feeling they wont work so well. think my plan has been a disaster. shouldve got the tuna sandwich at 240 cals and gotten over it. haha.

or stick a sainsburys bag in a bucket? lol taz that sounds a bit gross. thankfully it's never happened to me, and i'm quite a fan of raw carrots. although whenever i eat them i always think of this woman who used to work at a school i used to help out at. she's one of those who's wardrobe is directly out of oxfams, looks like she should be a farmers wife, enjoys long treks and was incredibly thin. and every lunchtime she'd take out her packed lunch consisting of carrot sticks, celery and a few lettuce leaves and munch away. i reckon she was a rabbit in a past life.

Hey girlies, and welcome Taz!
OK, so i didn't come back on yesterday, mainly because i was just in the mood to stay in bed all day after i got back.
Still not really in the mood to talk to folks really, but i remembered that i hadn't said ello! lol.
Thanks for the text btw, got it when i got home, was a nice service, woulda been better if the local drunk hadn't come and kept me talking so i couldn't go talk to my family, but meh its all good. She was friendly with my mum so i let it go.
Still just wanna curl up in bed and be on my own still. So gonna go do that. I will try and get back on later!

I think it is the same princple as corn....always the corn!! Well really if we were all being cleaver..technically our bodies can't even break down cellulose ( which are plants) as we aren't plants...and therefore veg and fruit are only of use for for the vitamins and fibre in o ur intestines....which is why you always see corn....doesn't break down...!!
Now were are done with the science lesson for today.

Well it's been interesting so far...made some mini meatloaves with LU. he loved mixing everything up with his hands and getting gooey, which is a big step for him as he normally freaks out when his hands get dirty. What kind of 3 year old does that? *LOL*
abz...by the way...I really worked hard on chav and I am now number 1...hehehe...not for long...spent most of lastnight commiting crimes...and there is a new points lottery I am planning on joining...it is so hard getting points!! heheh
