Im ok thank you :), i've not been keeping a food diary which is desasterous so i will attempt to recall what ive eaten so far this week and make sure i write it down over the weekend! I dont think ive been that bad, a little naughty thing here and there (like fake ferreros) but not over syns.

I only lost 1 and a half pounds last week, had to cancel my wedding because my ex was a lying peice of pond scum, so I had a blow out and ate icecream and drunk lots of wine but now Im losing weight to prove to him what an idiot he is and show him what he has lost.
