Sounds like you're on a roll right now binks! Slimming world is so good isn't it, you get to eat a decent amount and it's healthier things so you know it's good for you. I bet you have great losses :)

Finally going to bed now, spent ages completing my application form and have submitted it so will see what happens now, I know how to party on a Saturday night lol x

Hehe this made me laugh, I went to bed at half nine so I know how to party too xx

SW Saturday (day three) -

Cup of Tea (3 syn)

Apple and muller light

Chicken and ten x chips (4 syn)

M&S beef and vegetable rolls and 3 x baby bel lights (HeA)

Melon pieces and raspberries

Cadbury highlight orange (2 syn)

Total - 9 Syns

I didn't get my HeB in again but hoping that will be okay? Pleased I have managed to keep to around ten Syns each day so far :) I really need to get some sweetener though so I don't have to Syn my tea in the morning :)

Thats what I was thinking , you syn your tea , but hey I syn my coffee too :p - only because I use whitener. You can skip you heb a day or two but it would be good not to, because the Heb give your body all it needs. There is plenty of very nice things you could have as and Heb hun, I did not had mine too at first but now I wait for my daily allowance. Have Hi Fi bars or alpen 70 cal bars or mini ryvitas pack with cottage cheese as snack or dry fruit if you like or nuts . look around in your book, find what you would like and try to have your hea and heb every day =) Have an trust and east yourself slim =)

I am working twelve hours tomorrow, driving lesson Tuesday and deep clean of the flat, Wednesday travelling to bristol to see my family and first WI at SW eeek, Thursday travelling to bristol to meet my oldest friend who I haven't seen for months :D so good busy this week :)

Are you working just Monday and Tuesday now? Hope you have a nicer week X

I will still Syn tea for milk but will be just 1 now as i have sweeteners now :D

Thank you, I will try not to but good to know I haven't messed up, I need to get to grips with my book but am sure it will get easier as the weeks go on x

I feel like I have not stopped eating and haven't missed anything yet x
 
Today I have had a lie-in until 10am (much needed), met my friend and went to a play centre so her little one could play while we chatted, have cooked tea and tomorrow lunch.

The bf is going to follow the plan this week to see how he finds it :)

I am now going to finish cleaning the flat, cook tomorrow's dinner then relax before bed as I am up at 5.30am tomorrow :)

Rice, egg, pepper, sweetcorn, broccoli, onion, stock cube and grated cheese on top (HeA)

Going to have a curly wurly and maybe a Cadbury highlight after cleaning (6+2 Syn)

Total = 8.5 Syn

Pleased I managed to get my He A&B today :)

I had a cheeky weigh on my scales and was happy so far so hoping I will see a loss on Wednesday :)

I am finding it really easy at the minute but we will see as the weeks go on :)

I know I am really hoping for a loss, my scales are lower but there's added weight in so no idea and that's scary x

Morning everyone, I started work at 7am this morning and think I am now waking up lol x

I have had a yoghurt with an apple, a banana and a few raspberries and strawberries, I am making myself eat these as I don't usually but I only managed half of them so hoping to eat the rest after physio :/

First week is exciting and scary , I had gain on my first week. 200g. :) but I only was learning how to use my books, new in country and it took longer for me to work out how sw works.

And then other thing. Enjoy your meals hun. If you dont want to eat in morning. Dont. :) eat when and what you love :)
