Well my little peeps I am proud to say i have lost 6.5lbs this week =D

I am ecstatic and ready for the next week of SW, I have been looking on here for recipes and will try to remember to start taking pictures of my meals =)

Not sure whether to start upping my exercise this week or waiting another week as i don't want to do too much too quick as i really want to stick to this plan x

Thank you my lovely, I know i got on the scales and was so pleased that my weight loss showed he he (was terrified it woudn't for some reason), I am pleased that my scales are closer than i realized to theirs so I will wear leggings from now on as i did not realize how heavy my clothes must of been last week? x
