Today's food diary

Breakfast 1 litre no added sugar squash ~ 8 cal

Lunch 1/2 carton of covent garden vegetable soup and some melon ~ 143 cal

Dinner inspiration fish with peas, leeks in a minted butter ~ 285 cal

Snacks coca cola, dairylea and GF crackers, GF biscuits, bag of crisps and squash ~ 912 cal

Total ~ 1,348 calories

I have walked three miles to town and a three mile Leslie walk burning 546 calories :)

What part of UK are you in? We have just been out for a walk and got soaked :)
 
I did my walk haha the 1mile one! I had two this morning/afternoon then back out at 3.30 and with him till 9.30 There's no way I'd so any excersise after my shift so thought I'd do it at lunch! And I've tidyed up so I can just come home and relax :) how's your day going? X

I was a bit out of breath even with the one mile but I'm so out of shape! I think I will defo keep at it! How is the weather? I'm working but this bit is ok so I'm reading my book and watching knight rider lol! X

That means you have worked hard :) keep it up it gets easier my lovely x

It is still sunny here we have only just come back inside so that we can have our salads for dinner :)

Dinner egg and cheese salad with GF roll and dairylea ~ 322 cal

Snacks Dr pepper, GF biscuits, crisps and squash ~ 616 cal

Total ~ 1,160 calories

No exercise just lots of sitting in the garden :)
 
well done! that is a total result when on holiday doing nothing
