Lunch 1/2 carton of covent garden vegetable soup and some melon ~ 143 cal
Dinner inspiration fish with peas, leeks in a minted butter ~ 285 cal
Snacks coca cola, dairylea and GF crackers, GF biscuits, bag of crisps and squash ~ 912 cal
Total ~ 1,348 calories
I have walked three miles to town and a three mile Leslie walk burning 546 calories
What part of UK are you in? We have just been out for a walk and got soaked

I did my walk haha the 1mile one! I had two this morning/afternoon then back out at 3.30 and with him till 9.30 There's no way I'd so any excersise after my shift so thought I'd do it at lunch! And I've tidyed up so I can just come home and relax how's your day going? X
I was a bit out of breath even with the one mile but I'm so out of shape! I think I will defo keep at it! How is the weather? I'm working but this bit is ok so I'm reading my book and watching knight rider lol! X
