Saturday food diary-

11am strawberry SF shake and SF bar - 330 cal

3pm chicken, carrot and cucumber sticks - 200 cal

6.30pm lamb meatballs, med veg and cheese - 350 cal

1am pesto pasta with cheese and Milky Way 650 cal

Total - 1530 calories

We were good and didn't have a take away when we got back from the pub so we were only two hundred over which isn't too bad :)

Sundays food diary -

12pm 1 Litre no added sugar squash - 8 cal

2.30pm strawberry SF shake - 230 cal

6.30pm ham salad - 200 cal

8.30pm ham roll and bag of Pom bear - 250 cal

9.30pm GF crispbread and light laughing cow triangles, chicken - 250 cal

11.30pm vanilla SF shake and SF bar - 330 cal

Total - 1268 calories

I have walked to town and back burning 484 calories :)

I made the mistake of having a normal roll and am now suffering, my tummy hurts so much :( feeling sick and bleargh, all my own fault but I made the bf tomato and Parmesan rolls (wrights bread mix) and ended up eating one, who can resist freshly baked bread?? Obviously not me and now I will suffer, silly binky...
 
Bad binky, i was up until 4am and so today have no energy...rubbish

I have had my shake and an apple and 1/2 banana for breakfast and feeling a bit better but still hurting, at least i don't feel sick anymore =)

Might be meeting my friend for a walk in a little while which would be nice but am so tired lol x

It was all my own fault, I made the bf bread rolls and couldn't resist eating one so then spent all evening and night on the sofa feeling sick, I can't sleep when I have wheat as I feel sick so have to stay sat up :(
 
OMG I love bread I can't imagine living without, I am doing my best atm only eating brown irish soda bread, I miss white toast lol! Bless ya x

4pm GF crackers and Pom bear - 300 cal

6.30pm beef balti, sliced pepper, onion and chopped tomato with coconut and lemongrass rice - 400 cal

7.30pm GF biscuits - 200 cal

9pm vanilla SF shake and SF bar - 330 cal

Total - 1,655 calories

I have walked to town and back and round the shops and park with my friend burning 485 calories, happy with that today :)
 
OMG I love bread I can't imagine living without, I am doing my best atm only eating brown irish soda bread, I miss white toast lol! Bless ya x

I really miss a crusty loaf with butter mmmm x

I have got used to not having things I just couldn't resist yesterday, paid the price for it though x

Omg yeah yummy, damn you I am already struggling tonight haha such a good job shops here are shut now, watching great British bake off and it's also making me worse lol!
In reply to your comment on my post, the shake at night is a good idea, but I can't do without breakfast in a morning coz I'm up at like 6am with my little one don't think I could cope 6 hours on nothing! :(

Me too - I need breakfast of some kind, could not go an hour when I get up without eating something.

Just as you were going to bed Binky I was getting up - should have messaged you :) struggling with my food at the moment re Crohn's and it is giving me hell from bedtime onwards, grumbling stomach, flatulence, stomach pain etc - been looking on the net tonight and found lots of good info re FODMAP food which is basically which foods to eat and which to avoid for the symptoms so going to give it a go as from tomorrow which means no bread but can eat 1 Ryvita - no noodles, pasta, wheat etc but can have rice and rice noodles and will have to cut out beans, lots of the veg I love etc but will sort it out and be able to manage.
Taking a friend out for lunch tomorrow who has helped us with lots of Spanish translation work so will have to sit with my list whilst looking at the menu - may have to go back to eating chicken :eek:

No I wouldn't be able to do that either, it is okay on days I am home and able to have it when I am ready but days I work I have it earlier, tomorrow I start at ten so will have my shake at about half nine before I leave, I also tend to eat a bit more on work days but am constantly on the go with the boys so it usually works out okay :)

Sorry to hear you have had a flare up, how awful, good idea writing a list and hopefully you will find something to eat tomorrow for lunch x

Wow that would be a change for you, how long is it since you ate meat? X
