Saturday food diary-
11am strawberry SF shake and SF bar - 330 cal
3pm chicken, carrot and cucumber sticks - 200 cal
6.30pm lamb meatballs, med veg and cheese - 350 cal
1am pesto pasta with cheese and Milky Way 650 cal
Total - 1530 calories
We were good and didn't have a take away when we got back from the pub so we were only two hundred over which isn't too bad

12pm 1 Litre no added sugar squash - 8 cal
2.30pm strawberry SF shake - 230 cal
6.30pm ham salad - 200 cal
8.30pm ham roll and bag of Pom bear - 250 cal
9.30pm GF crispbread and light laughing cow triangles, chicken - 250 cal
11.30pm vanilla SF shake and SF bar - 330 cal
Total - 1268 calories
I have walked to town and back burning 484 calories
