BinkyBonk needs to lose weight...

Jel of the dominos. I'm like an animal with dominos. In the past I've been known to have: - chicken wings - whole portion - wedges - whole portion - garlic bread mini pizza - whole portion - medium pizza - all of it - 3 garlic sauce dips SAVAGE !!

Me too, my hair is so long it takes a while, it looked really nice but within a couple of hours it looks a mess again, not really very good at hair and make up etc, think i need to spend more time on you tube watching videos and then practicing them x

It was so nice, we got our degree together so have gone from seeing each other e few times a week to fortnightly boo, was nice to see her and her little one today =)

1.30pm tuna jacket and salad - 390 cal

4.30pm strawberry SF shake made with light soya milk - 230 cal

6.30pm Kirsty's GF sweet potato cottage pie - 288 cal

10pm Vanilla SF shake and SF bar - 330 cal

Total - 1,233 calories

We walked around the garden centre but have no idea how far that would be, me and the bf also had a few sweeties so overall think today was on target and had four of my five a day =)

So when is your WI ? I thought it was Monday ? I have really got to pull a rabbit from the hat to do well on wednesday after the weekend I had. Oh my.

I have had a lovely day and have been quite good food wise especially for a work day =)

Today's food diary-

11am GF biscuits - 200 cal

12.30pm Tesco healthy meal - Chicken, new potato, carrots, green beans and gravy - 280 cal

2.30pm chicken - 125 cal

4.30pm chicken and GF biscuits - 325 cal

8pm Subway ham salad and a bag of quavers - 342 cal

10pm Vanilla SF shake - 230 cal

Total - 1486 calories

I have walked six miles again today burning 540 calories =)

Feeling tired and upset....

Am struggling so much with the physio exercises and end up getting really upset at being unable to complete them, my muscles are so weak, my leg now hurts and I can't even get the courage to go to the gym, so tired and upset right now, hope I get some sleep tonight and wake up feeling more positive x x

I fell over six months ago and it has caused my muscles to wear down in one leg, I have muscles that are too flexible anyway so they are always aching and doing things they shouldn't but this is painful and effects my walking.

The physio said we have to start at basic level and gradually move up but how will I ever move up of I can't even do these simple ones, I am tired and the pain and struggling is really wearing me down after six months of this x

I just replied on waffles too re your injury - you poor thing.

Good luck for weigh in this morning. You really deserve a good number and would give you a nice boost I think. Everything crossed for you :)
