BinkyBonk needs to lose weight...

Oh my gosh, how is it nearly six?? I met my friend and we had a costa hot chocolate and a catch up and I had a quick look around town, then just done our food shop for the week and had to have a baby bel as I am so hungry... Now I know why! Ha ha x

I am looking forward to getting home and making dinner lol x
 
Tuesday's food diary -

Lunch - crispbread, light laughing cow and Pom bear

Dinner - fish fingers and sunshine vegetables

Snacks - crispbread, light laughing cow and Pom bear

Total - 1006 calories

Wednesday's food diary -

Lunch - costa hot chocolate

Dinner - fish fingers, roast potato and sunshine vegetables

Snacks - Pom bear and biscuits

Total - 1,418 calories

I burned 155 calories walking :)
 
I have cleaned the whole flat today as I am working twelve hours for the next two days so will be too tired to sort things out, I have another load of washing to do and I have put a steak casserole in the slow cooker, in an hour or two I will let it cool and put it in bowls to be reheated for dinner tomorrow with some GF tiger bread that I found for the first time today, really hoping it is tasty (may have to try a bit tonight, I keep getting excited when I see it lol)

Going to sit and start a new book tonight, this week I have read
- James Patterson cross my heart,
- Peter James dead mans grip,
- James Patterson a Christmas wedding,
- Carole Matthews summer daydreams
Going to read Carole Matthews with love at Christmas :)

You sound so like me, miss organised! Today My oh is on the late shift so I have done about 4 loads of washing, cleaned the kitchen, got all Maisie bottles washed and milk tubs filled ready for tomorrow everywhere is clean and tidy woohoo, I even managed to bleach all my 3 bathrooms this week, I've hoovered everyday coz this weather seems to mean bits everywhere argh! Can't beat a nice tidy house though!! I'm just trying to find the energy to cook tea (beans on toast lmao) xx

I love being organised and can totally relax when the place is clean, although tonight I was falling asleep when celeb came on so recorded it to watch tomorrow and had a nice shower instead, going to lie in bed and listen to music, I have been having trouble sleeping so hoping this will help, especially as I have to get up at 5am tomorrow :/

Well done on all three bathrooms and for being so organised with Maisie's bottles :)
 
Hello - how are things with you? Not had time to catch up with diaries as I am shopping and cleaning for MIL
I could do with you here Binky as I hate this deep cleaning lark. I can clean my own house daily but as MIL is 93 she is fine with every day life doing nothing more than hoovering and dusting and using the washing machine and drier - so we are having to do a big clean. I would rather be out out walking or shopping instead of indoors and eating the biscuits from the loads of boxes here - liquorice allsorts and marshmellows. Think I will put on about 3 pounds before I get back home to Wales.
Going back there late Thursday but then going to Germany on Sunday for a week so will have to have some damage limitation somewhere.

I am working today so doing there cleaning instead if mine lol, not deep cleaning though as I have the little one with me, he is just having lunch, then we are going to make some smarties cupcakes and make his Christmas card to his parents, then get the big one from school who can help us decorate the cakes and then do his card, so a nice afternoon planned :)

I didn't sleep and had to get up at five thirty this morning, going to be drinking tea to keep up with the little ones today lol x

It is so cold, I've come up and got in bed while Maisie is napping coz my feet are cold lol xx

Don't worry Hun you can't change it now, just try to remember how crappy you felt today to stop you feeling like it again xx

I am not poorly just feeling so cold.. Brrr x

I didn't actually do too bad in the end just too much rubbish choices :/ and then we drove up to visit my mom and sister, we didn't get there until 9pm and because I went strait from work I hadn't had dinner so I walked strait into the take away trap :( I didn't have too much but still not the ideal situation x
 
Hey peeps,

It is the 1st of December and I am feeling Christmassy :)

Saturday me and the bf met our friends, the boys went to the pub while the girls walked to town and watched the Christmas lights being turned on and had a costa :) we then joined the boys at our local and had burger, chips and salad, I couldn't eat my burger as all the oil just made my stomach hurt.

Sunday me and the bf had a relaxing day at home, we had a lie in, watched tv and ended up having a dominos in the evening oopsie, I had the chicken stripper combo and the bf had a large pizza and mac n cheese bites that he said were really good :D

Weighed this morning and I am 11st 2.8lbs still so happy with that considering the weekend :)
