I will, am going to eat extra good tomorrow though because I WI at night plus not really gone over on calories and started 5k training on Zombies, Run! app today Its was sooo fun!
Awwww thank u very much! My discipline just went for holidays. For the past 3 weeks was balancing between 152-154lbs n was literally eating crap. Now I'm back on track n started running on Sunday too.
I allow 60-70gr carbs a day n I'm on low carbs diet so 100gr a day isn't too bad (daily allowance per 2000kcal is 250gr)
