HAHAHAAAAAAAAAA! Iv just been reading all this post and i cant stop laughing! yous are nuts lol, maybe the fibre intake isnt enough? i think you can get fibre supplements in chemists that can be added to water with each meal!
i get no bloating with low carb what so ever, it really benefits my digestion and ibs symptoms ..as soon as i touch anything carby like chips etc or things out of my normal range, my stomach bloats and i look as if im 5 months pregnant
