I have about 1800, maybe slightly less and maybe slightly more depending on what's going on that day. I took how many calories MFP tell me to eat per day to lose 2 pounds per week, multiply by 7 for the week, take away 1500 for my 3 down days and divide the rest by 4, gives me about 1725 on an up day. Well scales this morning were 12:3:2 so even though I was worried at a 1500 day yesterday clearly didn't do me any harm as that was nearly 2lb lower than the day before. I'm on a fasting day today & didn't eat until just before 1 & have left myself 400 cals for later so may have 300 at tea & a snack tonight. I'm feeling good. Official weigh in is tomorrow then I don't have another fast day until Monday planned. Bit scary to be honest
