Blue is my favourite colour..... Lexies journey

Fantastic news!! Wow love that you now have loads of things to wear :)

Weigh in tomorrow but for the first time so far it doesn't feel important, I know I'm gonna do this & I finally realise how different I look & feel. The rest of my journey make take a long time but I'll do it.

Yay Lexie :) what a great attitude I'm so happy for you (even though I'm sure wi will be fine :) ) x

That's a great place to be Lexie . I reached that a while ago. It's very strange but somewhat enlightening to realise that the numbers don't matter it's size and state of mind. Thd knowledge that you're going to get to goal because you've got a change of lifestyle Is enough

Hmmm I'm still fairly obsessed with the numbers :( but go you two! X

I got it, 1kg so 2.2lbs. So hit my Easter target & I now weigh 14 stone something (yeah ok it's a 13 after the 14 but it'll be less next week) and also that means that from at my biggest last May when I was 18 13 1/2 I have lost 4 stone...... Am so incredibly happy!

Well done Lexie. It's the next psychological hurdle. It makes you feel thinner even if technically its only 1 lb thinner. :)

Well done Lexie x

That's amazing Lexie well done im so pleased for you! X

Thanks everyone! I really wish I could get across to people that if I can do this anyone can! I swear to you it's do-able, I've fought for 15 years to do this & have never found it possible & although I won't say it's been easy I think saying this is a lifestyle change not a diet was a huge part of why it's not been as hard. Onwards & downwards all x

Just thinking that in 2lbs time I will be halfway there.... I am gonna do my best to get that this week...... Have docs weigh in next Friday & although I don't have to now I am still going to go. I want to ask if our Drs do gym referrals as part of their weight loss programme. My step-cousin who is doing work for the YMCA gym has several people she is being trainer for who is paid for by the docs & a friend of my step-mums has just got one & she is only 3 stone overweight (she has also been given xen) so I figure I am saving them money now I have come off the xen so I wonder if they will pay for gym for me... Worth an ask I figure

Well done for all you have achieved. 4 stone and being halfway there is amazing :)

I'm pleased to know that it is possible to think differently about food etc. I have been up and down since having my son 21 years ago and I'm sure that a lot of it is psychological.

Well done again xxx

I have dieted for 15 years completely unsuccessfully, I'd lose a stone then give up & gain more back. Xen just taught me the things I shouldn't eat which I knew really & the fear of tango stopped me doing it so that now 5 months down the line it's just become habit xx
