Bloody hell I seriously can hardly walk!!! The backs of my thighs are agony & have walked 1 hours plus today & really don't physically can do Zumba tonight!!!! That allotment work may have been a great calorie burn but it's also killed me...

Had a lovely day though at Sherwood Pines & then Rufford Park & have to ask how the hell a solero is less calories than a calippo!!!! Haven't had a solero for years & it was lovely
 
Sounds like you need a hot Radox bath, and a rub down with deep heat :) before Zumba ;) and your be fine!!

I like soleros too, not had one for a long time :) I have just been having a small spoon of vanilla in a plain cone - come to less than 100cals but just a taste of yummy :)

I am envious of u all able to exercise, and impressed how well u all are doing with the C25K running :)
 
Well I didn't manage zumba, I ached so much I decided with all the walking I did today I had exercised & will be at the gym tomorrow so went to Aldi & did a massive tin shop instead......
 
Bloody horrendous day today!!! I have still got incredibly sore legs, went for a 90 minute walk to a lovely park & I was hoping it would loosen my legs off but it didn't so I have stayed away from the gym so I can make sure they are ok before I try running.... But foodwise I have been a nightmare, I have just come in within my cals but its been eating rubbish.... There is no way I will have lost this week but need to get myself sorted, am sure once school hols are over & I am back in my normal routine it will be ok, I don't wanna see that 13 again!!!

Fingers crossed that you do lose this week, I am sure all the walking and gardening will at the very least guarantee a sts x

Seriously I will be happy with a sts this week & am gonna work to get 1.5lbs off next week...... I want to get back on track, this week has been a little all over the place, things have been slipping in to my mouth & I have been too relaxed, really bad pmt is to blame I think & am hoping I find that willpower again in the morning when I get up!

Thoroughly deserved showing a 1.4lb gain, it may be less as totm due & WDPR has joined me since yesterday but it's focused me as am cross with myself. From today will be 100%

with all the tablets I'm taking I'm eating 2 kiwi fruit a day to help, plus psyllium husk tablets, and aloe. Vera juice and only just managing to go (grimace)

Been reading back through your diary (catching up) and can see that you seem to be a bit more hungry after going to the gym, and especially after working really hard on the allotment on the weekend!

Is it possible with exercising more maybe u need to eat more on those days? Like bit more protien and good fats? Then your not as hungry the next day? Perhaps on non exercise days eat 1200 and on days you go to the gym to run you eat 1500. The days you do Zumba only eat the 1200 as it is an exerciSe you have been doing for many mths so your body is used to that exercise levels.

With running/ gym you are building more muscle and doing a different style/ type of exercise that your body is still getting used to, so increasing your kcals on those day may work better.

But don't eat snacky foods to top up your kcals, have more fruit, like a banana or 2 kiwi fruit (aprox 90 kcals each portion) add more veg or protien to lunch or dinner. So foods to fuel your body and help repair your tired muscles.

Ive Been reading body building sites as they all seem to have had shoulder surgery - mainly because they seem to be crazy about fitness, diet and exercising too much lol
