with all the tablets I'm taking I'm eating 2 kiwi fruit a day to help, plus psyllium husk tablets, and aloe. Vera juice and only just managing to go (grimace)
Been reading back through your diary (catching up) and can see that you seem to be a bit more hungry after going to the gym, and especially after working really hard on the allotment on the weekend!
Is it possible with exercising more maybe u need to eat more on those days? Like bit more protien and good fats? Then your not as hungry the next day? Perhaps on non exercise days eat 1200 and on days you go to the gym to run you eat 1500. The days you do Zumba only eat the 1200 as it is an exerciSe you have been doing for many mths so your body is used to that exercise levels.
With running/ gym you are building more muscle and doing a different style/ type of exercise that your body is still getting used to, so increasing your kcals on those day may work better.
But don't eat snacky foods to top up your kcals, have more fruit, like a banana or 2 kiwi fruit (aprox 90 kcals each portion) add more veg or protien to lunch or dinner. So foods to fuel your body and help repair your tired muscles.
Ive Been reading body building sites as they all seem to have had shoulder surgery - mainly because they seem to be crazy about fitness, diet and exercising too much lol
